Meanwhile, 23% want to lose again

62% - of Democrats - hope they're done with Hillary Clinton as a candidate

””
It took them a while, but it finally seems that Democrats have realized what everyone else has known for decades. Hillary Clinton will never be President, and she should stop running for office. Everyone assumes that 2016 was Hillary's last hurrah but, occasionally, we still hear "Clinton 2020" rumblings. According to a new Suffolk University/USA Today poll, those rumblings need to stop.
62% of Dems say Hillary shouldn't run again. Meanwhile, 23% said they'd be "excited" to see her back on the campaign trail. We're not sure who those people are, but we can assume they're either addicted to failure or they work for the Clinton Foundation. Obviously, since Hillary is 2016's big loser, you might expect her dismal numbers. Bad polling after such an abject implosion only makes sense. But the Dems have other problems. Their "deep bench" doesn't really excite anyone either. Elderly socialist coot, Bernie Sanders, leads the pack with 44% of Dems saying they'd be "excited" if he ran again. Behind him are Joe Biden at 43% and Elizabeth Warren at 34%. All the lower-tier Dems are easily bested by "someone entirely new." Whoever that mysterious soul is, about 66% of Democrats are excited for their candidacy. In other words; shove off old timers. Your small, regional party is pretty much done with you. If you're a left-wing Dark horse, now's your chance to shine.
