MSNBC's Chris Hayes: NYT Rubio hit pieces are 'false flags' planted by Rubio himself!

MSNBC's Chris Hayes: NYT Rubio hit pieces are 'false flags' planted by Rubio himselfMSNBC hosts have spent decades blurring the line between reality, lies, and David Lynchian comedy.
As a result, what was once a well-oiled left-wing propaganda machine has descended into chaos and self-parody. These days it's pretty much impossible to tell whether or not they're serious when they announce a new conservative conspiracy theory. It's not inconceivable that they actually believe what they're saying but, since they don't do news anymore, it's just as likely that they're simply trolling conservatives with cringeworthy "humor." Either way, they're making themselves look like idiots, and we want to give that all the exposure we can. The case in point is the ratings and ethics-challenged Chris Hayes, who's concerned that a recent spate of New York Times hit pieces aimed at Marco Rubio may be part of a mysterious, shadowy, plot. No, it's not a left-wing effort to use yellow journalism against Republicans. In the immortal words of Alex Jones, it's a "false flag operation!"

Yep, you heard that right. It seems Hayes is desperately worried that the hardcore right-wingers at the New York Times are engaged in a nefarious plot to make you love and defend their hero, Marco Rubio. ...And so far Hayes hasn't said he's joking. Adding fuel to Hayes' fever dream is the smoking gun - a Rubio fundraising email which provides motive: We should all be impressed with the way Chris Hayes has deftly managed to pierce Rubio's veil of secrecy. The Republican candidate didn't see an opportunity to turn a left wing attack into a fundraising point. No, sir. Rubio is pro-active. Obviously he created the New York Times stories knowing that he could use them to gather donations later. It's a diabolical plan worthy of Blofeld or the Cigarette Smoking Man. Clearly, Rubio is a brilliant strategist. ....Or maybe Hayes is just an imbecile.
