Elections have consequences

Arrest Michael Moore for sedition

Only someone with a totalitarian mindset would want to use angry mobs to prevent a properly elected U.S. president from being inaugurated. Enter longtime communist sympathizer Michael Moore. “Disrupt the Inauguration. The Majority have spoken – by nearly 2.7 million votes & counting! Silence is not an option,” Moore tweeted yesterday to his Twitter followers, Paul Bois writes at TruthRevolt.

Saying you have the popular vote is like getting your # kicked but you got more yards. It doesn’t count.

Disrupt in this case means prevent. Moore doesn’t want President-elect Donald Trump to be sworn in at Noon on January 20. Moore can oppose Trump all he wants using lawful means but he may not attempt to use force to stop him from becoming president. Besides, the popular vote is an irrelevant metric in the election of our president. Only the votes of the Electoral College count and Trump has the required majority of them. As pro wrestler Tyrus said employing a football analogy, “Saying you have the popular vote is like getting your # kicked but you got more yards. It doesn’t count.” But this America-hating leftist who should have been exiled to Communist Cuba a long time ago only cares about power. Here is his tweet: As Bois writes:

Support Canada Free Press

The Fahrenheit 9/11 director’s tweet linked to a webpage for DisruptJ20, which calls for a “a bold mobilization against the inauguration of Donald Trump on January 20, 2017.” “We call on all people of good conscience to join in disrupting the ceremonies,” the website reads. “If Trump is to be inaugurated at all, let it happen behind closed doors, showing the true face of the security state Trump will preside over. It must be made clear to the whole world that the vast majority of people in the United States do not support his presidency or consent to his rule.” If people should somehow be unable to make it to D.C. to protest alongside their comrades on inauguration day, DisruptJ20 advises they “take to the streets wherever you are.” But the DisruptJ20 goes further than that, calling for global movement: “If you are living outside the US, you can take action at US embassies, borders, or other symbols of neocolonial power. Our allegiance is not to “making America great again,” but to all of humanity and the planet.” Inviting radicals to the nation’s capital in this way is asking for trouble. The Left is rarely nonviolent. The Left is an angry mob in the streets. This is an invitation to a riot.
No good can come of this.
