‘War on Women and Girls’: Critics Say Biden Admin’s Change ‘Abolishes’ Title IX

Critics blasted a pro-LGBTQ change the Biden administration made to Title IX Friday which they argue undermines women’s and girl’s sports and privacy rights, as well as parental rights and religious liberty.

The Department of Education’s unofficial final rule states that the purpose of its changes “is to better align the Title IX regulatory requirements with Title IX’s nondiscrimination mandate.”

The rule explains that it will “[d]efine ‘sex-based harassment’ as a form of sex discrimination that includes sexual harassment and harassment based on sex stereotypes, sex characteristics, pregnancy or related conditions, sexual orientation, or gender identity.” -- More...
