Holy frack!! The lefty lunatics have taken over the NDP asylum.
This past week-end, the federal New Democratic Party held a convention, in Edmonton, Alberta (the home of Canada’s oil and gas industry), to debate and propose policies and to vote on the leadership of its French Quebec leader Thomas Mulcair.
In the last Canadian federal election, the NDP party was reduced to third party status.

In a personal rebuke to Mulcair’s leadership, the predominantly Anglophone delegates from Ontario and British Columbia voted to fire Mulcair as leader and hold a new leadership convention. Because Mulcair had moved the party too close to the centre. In the last election, Mulcair had suggested that an NDP government would be fiscally responsible and try to run a balanced budget government.
How horrifying!
The fact is that the federal NDP, under Jack Layton, tried to move to the centre two elections ago and had become the Official Opposition in Ottawa. Layton was ably assisted by his then French Quebec lieutenant Thomas Mulcair, who had worked very hard in securing the election of many NDP candidates from Quebec.
Jack had hopes of his NDP party becoming fiscally responsible enough to be entrusted with running the country and the Canadian economy. Poor Jack must be spinning in his grave.
The Anglophone crazies from Ontario and BC, led by Al Jazeera Avi and Calamity Klein and that BC wing nut Libby Davies have put the boots to not only French Quebecer Tom Mulcair, but to its whole Francophone contingent from Quebec.
It is now Al Jazeera Avi’s party
Because it is not climate change, stupid. What you crazies have done will be viewed by Quebecers of all political stripes as anti-French and anti-Quebec.
Also the federal NDP party’s crazy support of the LEAP Manifesto will doom the Alberta provincial NDP party of Rachel Notley.
Notley promised the Alberta electorate in the last provincial Alberta election, that if the Alberta government brought in carbon taxes and the Alberta oil and industry and the Alberta people made sacrifices regarding climate change, the province would obtain a social license to continue to expand its oil industry and transport oil by pipelines.
Clearly, that is all BS. The anti-oil interests want the oil to stay in the ground and will never support any oil pipelines. As a result, the NDP is finished as a government and as a party in Alberta. Because it can not be both an anti-oil NDP party and an Alberta government that supports and defends Alberta’s oil and gas industry and the many thousands of Alberta oil and gas workers and those in related industries and professions.
These lefty loonies have just LEAPED the NDP to its political death.
It is no longer a party. It is a personality cult.
It is now Al Jazeera Avi’s party.

Dangerous and dim-witted Avi Lewis
I do feel sorry for some of my honorable NDP friends who were big Mulcair supporters and who made every effort to keep the party on track and not let it go down the slippery slope of anti-Israel, pro-BDS, anti-Semitic crap.
But it appears the NDP youth wing has supported the BDS movement contrary to the Liberals and the Tories. And well-known
Jew hater Libby Davies, has apparently risen from the political dead. And she and her Jew hating NDP zombies will continue to wreak havoc on the NDP.
I predict Tom Mulcair will quit the NDP, as Bob Rae did, a few years ago and return to the Liberals, his former party. And Mulcair will take many NDP supporters with him.
Like Bob Rae (who is Jewish), Mulcair has a Jewish wife. There is no way that the Mulcairs will remain in an NDP party that supports the hateful, anti-Israeli and anti-Jewish pro B.D. S. movement.
Mulcair is the lamest of lame duck leaders. If I were him, I would tell those crazy Dippers to frack off, and then I would pack my bags and head for the hills. Of course, Mulcair’s first mistake was to ever leave the Liberals in the first place and cast his lot with this self-hating cabal of political losers and lunatics.
I predict in the next election, the federal NDP will lose its party status because it will be shut out in Quebec, and in most parts of Ontario, the Prairies and out west.
I also predict that in the next Alberta provincial election, Notley and her misguided band of provincial Dippers will be sent packing by the hard-working people of Alberta.
In a family business, the third generation usually screws up and takes the company down the tubes.
How ironic, that dangerous and dim-witted Avi Lewis will do the same thing to the very same party that his grandfather David Lewis ran so ably. And that he and Climate Change Klein, will also personally destroy the first and last NDP government in Alberta.
