CNN interviews panel of 3rd graders about Trump presidency. ...Yes really

There's a question that Democrats love to ask whenever they don't control the White House. Kids are, as we've been told a thousand times, our most precious national resource. It takes a village to raise them. So, whenever they're faced with the horrors of a Republican President, Dems want to know: What are the children thinking? Oh, woe. Woe to the children! They're being forced to live through the Trump presidency! The guy has only been in office a few months, and already the scars are piling up. One wonders how they can even sleep at night, knowing that the monsters have moved out from under their beds and into 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. One day, we will no doubt be faced with a generation of barely-coherent alcoholics who waste away on the corner bar stool muttering "...damnmit. ...It was those damn Trump/Pence years. They did this to me."

CNN decided to ask a bunch of third graders what they thought of their President

So, in an effort to gauge the ongoing damage, the totally-unbiased, not-at-all-ridiculous "journalists" at CNN decided to ask a bunch of third graders what they thought of their President. The correct answer is: "Whatever their parents think." That is not the answer CNN offers. At least this alleged "news network" is aware that these kids have yet to achieve legal voting age...

I'm sure if CNN wants to do a Pokémon expose, this panel would have a lot to offer. Instead, the libs have decided they have something really interesting to say about geopolitical politics. When I was in the third grade, we were worried about Smurfs and Star Wars. These third graders are whining about border security overreach and President McMeany, even though Trump has yet to do much of anything in that area. ...And CNN thinks it's really important. If you think these kids are doing something other than regurgitating what they've heard at home, you're out of your mind. It would be easier to just ask the parents what they think. You'd get the same answer. Of course, it wouldn't be nearly as smarmy and exploitative. This? This is the bottom of the barrel. This is CNN.
