Cruz"noia" and the Senate Jackasses

Cruznoia: The fear one man has instilled in jackasses before the 2014 elections.
In typical paranoid fashion, the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee has hatched a new campaign idea to save the donkeys from the wrath of the voters over ObamaCare. It seems Sen. Ted Cruz has infected these poor little jackasses with that most dastardly of diseases known as Cruznoia by simply announcing he will unveil his own health care plan. Whatever shall we do they bray? According to the title of Greg Sargent's article in the Washington Post's Plum Line, "Dems try going on offense: It's Obamacare versus 'Cruz Care'. Mr. Sargent states, "I’m told the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee is set to launch a new campaign designed to refocus the debate on the Republican position on health care, which Dems will widely label as ”Cruz Care.” How clever they are to use a knock-off version of ObamaCare. How many of them did it take to devise this brilliant scheme, or did the clever little Harry Reid come up with it all by himself? Senator Cruz must be shaking in his boots.

Sargent goes on to state, "With Ted Cruz set to roll out his own health plan — one that will probably look like the usual grab bag of GOP reform ideas, which just aren’t a reform alternative to Obamacare – Dems plan to tar GOP Senate candidates across the country with it, by hitting them as proponents of “Cruz Care.” Let me see if I have read this correctly. Mr. Sargent has not seen the plan since it hasn't yet been unveiled, but he knows it won't be a reform alternative to ObamaCare, and the Senate jackasses can use it to tar GOP Senate candidates? Certainly no left-slanted media bias here. Obviously not only the Dems are terrified of Ted Cruz, but apparently the liberal press also suffers from Cruz"noia". Mr. Sargent continues, "The “Cruz Care” campaign is grounded in a conviction that Republicans — and not a few D.C. pundits — are misreading public opinion on ObamaCare. Dems believe that despite the law’s unpopularity, many voters don’t view the health care issue as a zero sum decision over whether ObamaCare is good or bad. Rather, they can be persuaded to see this as choice — between fixing an admittedly imperfect reform and giving it a chance to work, and the GOP alternative, which is essentially to go back to the old system, where junk insurance and a lack of standards ”exposed people to financial and medical calamity.” So, even though the law grows more unpopular daily, Obama's poll numbers are plunging, the brain trust Kathleen Sebelius can't produce a workable website, people are losing the health insurance plans they liked, the ObamaCare plans are more expensive, the voters are too dumb to know whether they think ObamaCare is good or bad? Throw in the progressives favorite word "choice" and magically all of us idiots out here can be persuaded that we really like ObamaCare? Excuse me, Mr. Sargent, but that "admittedly imperfect reform" is an unmitigated disaster of epic proportions and we're not as dumb as you seem to think we are. We didn't want it when it was concocted, we didn't want it when only the Dems passed it, we didn't want it when Obama signed it into law and we don't want it now. Obama and the Senate Democrats have committed fraud on a grand scale against the American people, and they will be held accountable. The Tea Party you keep dismissing is still here. We're uniting across the country and preparing for 2014. What I'm thinking, Mr. Sargent, is that Senator Cruz is quite capable of dealing with whatever the left throws at him; not to mention there are a hell of a lot of us out here that have his back. Actually, I think by simply adding an "s", "Cruz Cares" is quite a catchy phrase. #CruzCares has a nice ring to it for those of you in twitterland. Senator Cruz has stood up time and again valiantly attempting to protect this country and We the People, so give it your best shot, you braying jackasses, cause Cruz Cares.
