DONALD HAS TRUMPED HILLARY AND THE LEFT

Now that we have a President Trump, we will see the Left as it really is, no holds barred, true to form, doing exactly what they always do. Regardless of how Hillary was predicted to be the winner and how Polls said that Trump was going to lose, the outcome was worth the trouble for those who were on the Trump Train. However, the next few months will not be easy times. We will see the Democrats perform precisely as they always have done: Be a barrier to real progress. Donald Trump in his acceptance speech said that the fight has just begun and he is right. Using intentional ignorance as a virtue, as a badge of “honor” — going all out to prove that political stupidity goes “clean to the bone” — the Democrats will counter every move the Republicans and the new president will try to put in motion.
Just as we saw in the impeachment of Bill Clinton, the Left will moan, groan and continually line the political pit with gravel such that it tires everyone in Washington and the Nation to the point of frustration. The realization that they are playing the game to the extreme, using every loophole possible to bring the process to an agonizing halt, will cause many people to lose interest in everything political. One has to wonder if this is not the goal when they want to push the envelope under the bar. We will see, and already see beginning, the Main Stream Media, including Fox Views, saying that now it is it time for America to see if Trump can do what he promised to do for the country. They are now, just a few hours after the Trump win, raising challenges to the new president. The Media propagandize the fact that we have a president that they, the Media, attempted to cause stumble, going back to dig up every idea, thought and comment, both real and imagined, from years ago, from a time that most thinking people would find no longer applicable, while ignoring what was actually done by Democrats. Don’t forget Bill Clinton; they gave him and those like him a pass while pretending that something someone said more than a decade ago meant much more than what a person actually did repeatedly for decades. It is already starting. The Left, including the Media, is continuing to discuss how the Polls indicated that Trump would have larger gaps in the difference between him and Hillary, for example, when the supposed gaps were based on the polls and poll projections but some of those same polls were the products of the same Media or were loving partners. They were polls often proving to be no more than suppositions and expanded guesses, concepts that seemed logical to political minds that had axes to grind and agendas to promote and accomplish. Now that they are scraping multiple layers of egg from their faces, they yet act as if what they say can have some political impact.

I get a chuckle when I see the Media agonizing in the same ways they did when the campaigns were underway, getting their few minutes of “face time” and yet making no difference in the outcome. It’s the old fear of having nothing to say, “dead air time” as in the old days of broadcasting, continuing the old tradition of having little of meaningful consequence to say but going ahead and saying it, anyway. We saw this for years with Bill Clinton where he gave an answer to a question while the words were dying in the teeth of the questioner as if intensely afraid of being caught with nothing to say or blinking and mumbling some kind of meaningless response. Yes, as Donald Trump said, the fight is now going to start. Being elected president will not be an accomplishment in itself, it will be the beginning of a period of national stalemate where the Left, and the Media, will do everything possible to make sure that Trump’s promise to Make America Great Again is never a fact. As in the past, the Left (Democrats) will make political gains more important than seeing America thrive and prosper. To them, it’s all about politics. The nation’s survival and prosperity take on lesser importance, if not being ignored altogether. The Media will be happy to “cover the story” of how “Trump fails to get his way” as if making America Great is “his” goal and not the goal he set for the country. It will then open the eyes of people to see that the intended special position of the Media of being the nation’s eyes and ears, to keep everyone informed and up-to-date on national goings-on, has become instead a political operation that favors the Left/Democrats. The term “liberal” will then be set in stone where it represents people. It will be understood to mean someone who is not seated in tradition and historical custom but is one that is quick and ready to change even where change is not the best for society.

Do not think this is the end of the Left

Do not think this is the end of the Left. They will always have the old mentality of “it did not work this time but it will work next time.” This is Left’s thinking and always will be as long as they are allowed to exist. Proof that it has never worked for them in the long or oversight view means nothing to them. The Media profits from chasing stories and opining about them. The old “love of money being the root of all evil” is again proving to be true. Only when coving the dismal face of politics fails to be profitable to them will the Media go back to presenting good news and not looking for blood. We are entering hopeful times. I’m reminded of all those emails that said that we need to pray for a good political outcome for the nation and know that the Trump win will be good news to those who think this way. However, we are again in a position of not knowing what will happen in the next few months. However, it is easy to see that the fight is not over, it’s just beginning. We are indeed in hopeful times and for those who believe in divine intervention, the time for prayer is not yet over — nor perhaps should it ever be.
