Religious and Christian genocide that is happening now in the Middle East

"Faithkeepers" Movie Recruits Churches to Help Persecuted Christians

ORLANDO, FL - The shocking story of Christian persecution is being released in a movie debut, showing at churches on May 23, 2017, called "Faithkeepers." This movie documents the revealing history and widespread persecution of Christians across the Middle East. This incredible, 50-minute film is packed with stories from children and their parents. Each year, thousands of Christians are killed because of their faith. The movie brings to life these stories and the appalling persecution and deaths of Christians worldwide. There is little relief found in the Middle East. In Egypt, 90 percent of the population believes that converts to Christianity deserve death. Liberty Counsel's ministry, Liberty Relief International, provides aid and relief to Christian refugees in the Middle East, who are being slaughtered and displaced by radical Jihadists.
The movie producers, Lightworkers Media and Clarion Project, are looking for churches and locations to host additional screenings. They require a minimum of 35 tickets to be purchased per location at $8.00 each to host a viewing, which costs $280. Pastors and church leaders interested in hosting the movie can contact the producers to privately view the movie beforehand through the website. The producers encourage taking donations after the movie to support charities that aid persecuted Christians. Liberty Relief International is our partner ministry dedicated to persecuted Christians. Tax-deductible contributions can be made out to Liberty Relief International or Liberty Counsel. While the movie provides discrete sketch animation, the intense information is not suggested for viewers under 13 years old. "This movie is a must-see for everyone to learn first-hand about the religious and Christian genocide that is happening now in the Middle East," said Mat Staver, Founder and Chairman of Liberty Counsel. "We cannot turn a blind eye to the children and people who are being slaughtered solely because of their faith. As we sit in our comfortable homes, with well-fed children who are safe, we cannot ignore our brothers and sisters who are lacking everything we take for granted. We truly are the keepers of our sisters and brothers," said Staver.
