Andrea Soros Colombel, the daughter of liberal billionaire financier George Soros, recently cut a $500,000 check to the political action arm of Planned Parenthood, according to Federal Election Commission records.
Andrea made the $500,000 donation on Aug. 1 to Planned Parenthood Votes, the New York-based Super PAC affiliated with Planned Parenthood, filings show. The donation accounts for more than a quarter of the money that the group has raised so far this year, which shows $1.7 million in contributions between January and the end of August.--
