Justin Trudeau: Another day, another controversial mosque visit
Sun News is reporting the leader of the Liberal Party of Canada made another visit to a mosque with controversial ties to terrorism. The Sun chain is the only mainstream media in Canada to report anything negative about the left’s golden boy, Justin Trudeau.
According to the report, Trudeau visited the Islamic Community Centre of South Shore, just south of Montreal on Friday. The centre is known for having given thousands of dollars to the International Relief Fund for the Afflicted and Needy (IRFAN-Canada), IFRAN-Canada has been declared a terrorist organization by the Canadian government. When questioned about donations made to IRFAN-Canada, the mosque’s chairman, Usman Sheikh, denied contributions were ever made to the organization. He later sent an email to the Sun’s parent organization, the QMI Agency, saying approximately $11,000 was given to the then-registered charity between 2005 and 2009. The chairman also said no payments were made after IFRAN-Canada was declared a terrorist entity. On April 29, 2014, Steven Blaney, Canada’s Public Safety Minister issued a media release announcing IRFAN-Canada has been listed as a terrorist entity. Under the Criminal Code of Canada it is an offence to knowingly deal with the property or finances of a terrorist entity. According to the Ministry of Public Safety, the government of Canada has reasonable grounds to believe IRFAN-Canada “has knowingly participated in or facilitated a terrorist activity or is knowingly acting on behalf of, at the direction of, or in association with such an entity.”

IRFAN-Canada transferred $14.6 million in resources to organizations associated with Hamas. Hamas is also designated a terrorist entity in Canada

The information the government has is that between 2005 and 2009, IRFAN-Canada transferred $14.6 million in resources to organizations associated with Hamas. Hamas is also designated a terrorist entity in Canada. In 2011, the Canada Revenue Agency revoked the charitable status of IRFAN-Canada after discovering the organization provided resources to Hamas. The Islamic Community Centre of South Shore also has a connection to Misbahuddin Ahmed who worshipped there. In July, Ahmed was convicted by a jury of two terrorism-related offences. He was found guilty of conspiring to knowingly facilitate a terrorist activity and participating in the activities of a terrorist group. The Crown alleged Ahmed was a committed jihadist who, with others, was planning attacks on Canadian targets. The jury did not buy the defence he was trying to stop any potential attacks. The former Ottawa hospital technician will be sentenced on Sept. 15. Shaikh told the media that his mosque had not made any contributions to IRFAN-Canada since 2009, before the CRA stripped the organization of its charitable status and before it was designated as a terrorist entity. That explanation was perfectly fine for Trudeau who makes no apologies for his visits to mosques tied to extremism and terrorism. In a snarky retort, Trudeau said if the Minister of Public Safety has concerns about these mosques he should act on it or not criticize Trudeau for attempting to bring Canadians together. It doesn’t faze Trudeau that the mosque has had ties to Hamas. The boy doesn’t care that Hamas’ charter calls not only for the destruction of Israel but for the killing of all Jews. That’s perfectly fine with the “hair apparent.” Of course unless the Hamas Charter is available in comic book form, it is unlikely little Justin ever read it. It is too simplistic to say Trudeau visits mosques with extremist views just to get votes. He can easily flit from mosque to mosque without going near those who have been linked to extremism and terrorism. But he’s proud to go into mosques whose principles include “death to Israel” and “death to the Jews.” Trudeau has another reason for ingratiating himself with terror-related mosques He believes, or so he says, that he goes to these mosques to teach its members about “Canadian values.” What nonsense. What arrogance! The people in these mosques live in Canada and are not stupid. They know what Canadian values such as same sex marriage and equality of the sexes are. To pretend they don’t know and have to be taught by a former part time drama student is absurd. The problem is not that Islamic extremists don’t know what Canadian values are; it is they don’t like them. They prefer Sharia law and such practices as female genital mutilation. They understand these things better than the kid who criticized the Harper Conservatives for daring to describe practices such as female genital mutilation and honour killings as “barbaric.” Trudeau is nothing more than a terrorist sympathizer who is unable to understand potential threats to the country he hopes to lead. A Justin Trudeau government would do absolutely nothing to protect Canada from the growing threat radical Islam poses. Thinking radicals can be stopped by simply talking to them about Canadian values is naïve at best. With the rise of the Islamic State, Canada needs a leader who will not make silly excuses for terrorists such as they turn to terrorism because they feel excluded or because they are victims of resource depletion. By associating with extremist mosques and Hamas supporters, the kid who brags of teaching Canadian values is more than willing to throw these values away.
