Positive tone from the top

Even though President-elect Donald Trump has not been sworn in yet, there appears to be a lot of optimism about things to come from his administration. The stock market didn't just "tick" up. It has zoomed up to a new all-time record. Consumer confidence about spending and the economy is on the rise. And his cabinet and senior staff nominees are driving liberals crazy, while conservatives and patriots are cheering the nominations.
It's called a soon-to-be positive tone from the top! This is unlike the negative, lecturing, arrogant and misleading tone we have seen and heard for the last eight years. And the voters rejected a continuation of this tone by defeating Hillary Clinton on November 8. My wife and I are back from a week of vacation at our favorite western resort. Throughout our casual contact with people in the hotel, restaurants and on both fights to and from the resort city, people were thrilled and excited about the future of a Trump presidency. Before people said hello, I received unsolicited greetings of "we did it, we won, awesome, the people are back, and #NeverHillary" indicating their excitement about less government, lower taxes, less regulation, repeal of ObamaCare, rebuilding our military, enforcing our laws, treating our veterans right and robust economic growth. People were high-fiving me when they saw me! Some of them I didn't even know, but they knew me from my radio show, our website, and my appearances on Fox News Channel and Fox Business Network. I knew people were genuinely excited because they told me first-hand when I had the time to listen, and I did! They also know that the Trump Administration will not be able to get it all done instantly, but they love and are excited about the intended direction of this country.

Last week House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said that people did not want a new direction. Really! Nancy and the Democrats still don't get it. The liberals didn't listen to the people during the heated presidential election, and they are still not listening. And many of the Democrats in Congress and elsewhere have already indicated that they are going to fight changes by a Trump Administration every step of the way. And just as the Democrats lost the White House, more seats in Congress and control of more state legislatures, they are also going to lose the fight to stop Trump from turning our federal government upside-down for the people's sake, and America's greatness. The Democrats are going to lose the fight to stop a Trump Administration, because a Trump Administration will listen to the people, just as Trump has listened to the people throughout this brutal presidential race. People want a new direction and a new tone from the White House, and they see it and feel it with President-elect Trump and his administration. I see it and feel it also, and we will be following developments of the Trump Administration on this web site, Facebook, Twitter, and the Herman Cain Radio Show, which you can now hear 24/7 on your smartphone. Those who get in the way of the Trump Train just might get run over, because they haven't learned a thing.
