Although the media would have you believe otherwise, this election is not about personal decorum, social faux pas and political correctness. It is about:
  • A return of decent jobs for American workers (not just more service jobs that pay low wages) through protective actions that provide better quality American products an equal chance in the marketplace (review of tax structure/tort laws that encourage American firms to produce items overseas, trade agreements, tariffs etc.);
  • Fair trade deals that limit the "dumping" of inferior products in the American marketplace (dog food, drywall, plastic bags etc.) and do not relinquish national sovernity over issues of trade (PTP);
  • Requiring the DOJ to defend all of the laws of our Nation that are currently in place until the laws are changed by Congress (immigration laws, "Safe" cities," "In Support of Marriage Act", etc.);
  • Maintaining national security by safe guarding our borders from illegal immigration regardless of their country of origin by doing whatever is necessary (a wall, more border patrols etc.) and insuring stability overseas with the support of our allies;
  • Limiting the Judiciary to interpreting the law -- not making new laws (ObamaCare decision, gay marriage, voter ID regulations etc.);

  • Insuring voter integrity by investigating suspect results (precincts where no votes are counted for the Republican candidate in the 2012 election) and prosecuting groups involved in voter intimidation (2008 election);
  • Insuring U.S. citizens the right to gun ownership while dealing with "evil and/or sick" people who misuse such weapons and will always be among us;
  • Leaders not lying to the American Public (Benghazi Consulate attack, Hilary Clinton and her E-mails, Bill Clinton's denial of sexual behavior, paying Iran ransom for the release of hostages);
  • Limiting the Executive Order process to ensure that the president cannot "work around" the laws he does not agree with (immigration, closing of Gitmo);
  • Insuring that government agencies/employees stay within the legal framework of their authority (IRS -501C3 conservative organizations, EPA regulations adversely affecting many businesses and individuals) and providing sanctions/accountability when they don't (IRS, treasonous selling of American secrets to foreign governments); and

  • Returning to an age of personal responsibility for one's own success and standard of living as the Nation has provided 50 years of regulations "leveling the playing field" for the disadvantaged, all citizens have had the same access to education and social support and the Nation can no longer sustain the expense of these benefits due to the increasing National debt.
  • I admit that oftentimes I am not happy with the way Mr. Trump conducts himself. However, he is not a politician, is not responsible for any of the issues listed above and he will not accept the "status quo." Mrs. Clinton supports and participated in many of the items above.
