President Trump is steering us toward a better economic future - be prepared for the changes!

Hillary Clinton's reset button with Russia didn't work when she was Secretary of State. It made the U.S. look weak, and the Russians (now the Democrats’ favorite boogeyman) just continued to do what they were going to do anyway. President Trump and his administration have reset the US economy without a phony button. They did it by presenting themselves as a business-friendly administration - reversing the hostile tone coming from the White House and issuing pro-business Executive Orders to federal agencies. They’ve incentivized the idea that businesses should keep jobs here in the US, rolled back unjustifiable regulations, frozen federal hiring to slow the growth of the D.C. bureaucracy, generated incredible stock market optimism, and focused on border security. It’s all part of a long list of positive actions which have had a beneficial ripple effect on the US economy.

US economy is roaring into high gear. Businesses are growing again

As a result, the US economy is roaring into high gear. Businesses are growing again. A two percent annual GDP growth rate is no longer the "new normal" and we’re adding jobs, jobs, jobs! However, hiring is still lagging behind job openings and, in many cases, people are not going to be able to return to the same jobs they lost during the eight years of the Obama administration. Forced productivity improvements and technology are resetting the employment landscape. People must continuously learn and upgrade their skills and knowledge to be able to take advantage of the new economic landscape. In today's digital world there is no excuse for not continuously learning. Yes, it must be focused, but it can be done at home in the spare time you don't think you have. Do an inventory of how you spend your time, and you might be surprised. If you are already in a job you love, it's changing, and you need to keep up with those changes. A value-added mind set is always a good thing.

The US economy is changing. Time marches on and change is inevitable

In less than six months of a new administration, there is a new positive attitude across this country if you ignore the negativity, media noise, and distraction tactics of the liberals and the Democrats. The media will never acknowledge the positive momentum, but there's no question that the American people are feeling it. This administration is not working to make people more dependent on government. They are working to give people opportunities to become less dependent and more self-sufficient. The US economy is changing. Time marches on and change is inevitable. Be prepared to embrace those changes. Be prepared for those opportunities!
