Poll Position: Immigration, ObamaCare Woes & Tea Partiers

Republicans or RINOS

Whereas:
  • Republicans barely scraped out a squeaking win in 2004, on the strength of a few emphasized Conservative positions to blunt the effects of amok RINO (aka Liberal Lite) positions,

  • Republicans blew the vote of confidence earned in the mid-1990s, to receive clear voter dis-satisfaction in 2006 & 2008, The below polling data is wholly consistent with other data & polls,
  • The electorate doesn’t like where Democrats are going, with ever more extreme liberalism, and won’t easily welcome a Republican Party that merely promises the same socialist end at a slower (RINO) pace,
  • The electorate knows the Republican Party betrayed the country in 2002 and 1986, each time forsaking the conservative values that got Republicans elected,
Therefore:
  1. Republicans are abject fools, this year, if they continue to insist on running on RINO priorities.
  2. Republicans must overcome distrust of two betrayals by adopting a platform containing a broad spectrum of solidly conservative positions
    • for change we actually can believe in, because it’s based in honesty and reality, not bankrupt promises & lies of socialism
    • with emphasis on a New Republican Party that will promote & remain with conservative principles.
