Voter Fraud in Nevada

Russians aren't the only foreigners interfering in US Elections

Russians aren't the only foreigners interfering in US Elections, Voter fraud Nevada
...when you vote, you are a citizen yourself. And there is not a situation where the voting rolls somehow are transferred over and people start investigating, et cetera. The sanctity of the vote is strictly confidential in terms of who you voted for. If you have a family member who maybe is undocumented, then you have an even greater reason to vote. -- President Barack Obama speaking to a Dreamer prior to the 2016 election
After the November 2016 election, I had assumed that when 10,000 envelopes mailed to actively registered Democrat voters in Assembly District 15 (AD-15) in Clark County were returned by the post office as undeliverable, meant that I had 10,000 pieces of evidence related to possible voter fraud. I still believe this to be true. A summary of these and my other findings can be found here.
The key to receiving these returned envelopes was by using First Class mail for campaign literature, which is rarely, if ever, done by campaigns due to cost. But Republican candidate Stan Vaughn knew that sending First Class mail would give him answers as to why he found so many discrepancies and questions from the voter rolls in his district when he and his volunteers would walk precincts. Campaigns normally send campaign mail “bulk rate” which means that the post office receives any undeliverable envelope and then discards them through recycling. Here are the specific procedures that the Federal post office has issued and each post office must adhere to when handling election mail. Please pay attention to how Sample Ballots MUST be handled, because I believe that sample ballots are a key piece in this template of fraud. I had also assumed that our elected officials in Nevada, and our federal investigative agencies, would readily assist in the investigation of this evidence. In this case, I made the wrong assumption. Instead, many state officials and leading officials made a variety of excuses without having looked at even one envelope. I heard a range of excuses, yet was told voter registration fraud is a problem in Nevada but voter fraud is not a problem. Seriously? Seriously. How can you have one aspect of fraud and not another when there is no law requiring a registered voter to prove who they are with an ID or that they are even a citizen of this country? If someone has illegally registered due to their lack of citizenship, there isn't a mechanism in place to insure that those who are illegally registered are not voting. Without coincidence, as Nevada started giving drivers licenses to illegal aliens, the ACLU partnered with Mi familia Vota, Project Vote, and other progressive "voting rights advocates" and threatened the DMV and our Nevada Secretary of State with civil rights violations should any applicant at the DMV be denied or not given a voter registration by a DMV employee. The Nevada Secretary of State, Republican Barbara Cegavske, caved and signed a Memorandum of Understanding.

If we have 10,000 envelopes of returned campaign mail, where are the related Sample ballots—which can be used as identification in Nevada to vote?

Upon our efforts to work with the Clark County Registrars office, after months of stonewalling, we received a list of the voters from AD-15—provided in a PDF format and alphabetized by first name, making our volunteer and independent investigation nearly impossible. Luckily, one of my radio listeners in Nevada runs an investigative firm, and had asked for the envelopes. His independent investigation found some very concerning results. However, due to the fact that his investigation cannot access immigration and social security data bases, the investigation requires the assistance of a federal agency. To date, not one federal agency has begun an investigation—even though the evidence is in their hands. Which begs many questions:
  • Where is Jeff Sessions?
  • Where is the political will to clean up our voter rolls as required by law?
  • Where is the FBI?
  • Where is the Election Integrity Commission?
If we have 10,000 envelopes of returned campaign mail, where are the related Sample ballots—which can be used as identification in Nevada to vote?

The other day, I was informed that the Nevada Secretary of State's office reached out to Stan Vaughn and wants to meet with him at the Registrars office to discuss their findings upon their review of 3,000 envelopes. Why only 3,000? What about the other 7,000? Why does there need to be a personal meeting requiring Stan to take another day off of work? Can't they provide their findings in an email or a letter so we have a record of their findings? This meeting will happen in early November, and I will continue to apprise you of this investigation and the interest of our local and federal officials. Now, and in preparation for the midterm elections, I am calling on all Republican candidates to use a portion of their campaign budget by using first class mail for their campaign literature. Raise funds specifically for First Class mailings in order to expose just how widespread this template of fraud has taken root in your city, county or state. Send your campaign literature to the actively registered Democrats in your district. Be prepared for the returned envelopes and be prepared to be met with resistance. Resistance is the new mantra of the Left but they can no longer resist the evidence that voter fraud is real and not a myth.
