Leading up to this election there is a dialogue occurring that jeopardizes the nature of America, and it's coming from both the left and the right. The analyses of who should pilot the nation has gotten so mired in duckweed that "thinkers" have thought themselves into rationalizing the unthinkable. The make-up of a new Supreme Court is what would mirror the survival or failure of the United States. Hopefully, everyone can agree that the United States has a history. It was conceived, founded and has managed to endure for 240 years. It has been at a crossroads before. However, what instigated the War Between the States is even subject to political preferences. No one seems to be of the same mind on virtually any subject regarding American history.
And yet... most everyone seems to be enamored with their ancestry. In the midst of a crisis that threatens to destroy the foundations of the nation, people are rushing to test their DNA for information about their antecedents. See if you can capture this inconsistency illustrated in what follows. Culture consists of a legacy of handing down traditions from one generation to another through language, names, family and community practices, even foods and recipes. Many cultures trace heritage through family names, such as the use of a patronymic. What's of interest is how it's applied in some cultures to indicate the sex of the newborn (now a heretical concept). Look at Russian culture --a father's name is given to the child as the middle name with the appropriate ending. Using a family name as an example, the patronymic of Brian would be Brianov for a boy and Brianovna for a girl. Scandinavia has endings --son, dotter; Hebrew notes 'son of' as 'ben;' Arabic? 'bin.' The point is that namesakes are passed down according to sex and we, as a culture, are on the brink of deserting designation of any and all sex, adopting the misuse of the term 'gender.' This is a clear rejection of what is core to all culture --family. The deconstruction of culture comes by attempting to remake it without any values, and this jeopardizes the whole fabric of society. How can a court make judgments when there are no standards upon which to judge?

The contradiction of identity politics --trans-genderism, trans-ethnicism, trans-racialism, trans-whatever --is leaving individuals with no identity at all. Thus, in the rush to equalize what is not the same, people are ordering analyses of the DNA to see from where they come. What does it avail someone to know their ancestry if they are apt to claim whatever identity that happens to suit their feelings? What are they reaching for? A tie to a past that has no bearing on their future if they are whatever they want their physical make-up to be? This is the contradiction of identity politics. It destroys identity (heritage) to make a non-cultural culture based on a whim, which can be collapsed on a whim. In the same vein, life has no more meaning than what an individual, via personal preference, cares to place on it and SCOTUS has already been leaning in this direction. Roe v. Wade was part of the inculcation of a moral-less social order and cases now on the docket, such as the Virginia suit of a female teenager wishing to use boys' bathrooms by claiming to be trans-gender, destabilizes an already fragile society. The legacy of traditions, faith and names like patronymics, used to trace family lines are being dismissed as culture is redefined by non-genderism and skin color. No, not ancestry which indicates parentage, a concept no longer in favor... color.

SCOTUS, although it is not the final arbiter of matters Constitutional --Congress is, is the harbinger of where this nation is headed were it to be stacked with progressive jurists that do not recognize the role of culture in a working society. Should the democrat ticket gain the White House, (whether by outright vote or congressional intervention brought on by a third party candidate skewing the electoral college tally) SCOTUS will be overwhelmed by liberal justices more than willing to take the United States down a moral-deficient road to ruin. And this is how the deconstruction occurs: Democrat White House moves ahead with its plan to "re-settle" 550% more Syrian and Middle Eastern refugees a year than have already been admitted. The refugees will not deviate from their political culture, including sharia, which, by the way, is not compatible with the Constitution. As America devolves by continuing to repudiate culture, another political system masquerading as culture will supplant our culture --Islam. This is why playing third party roulette will garner SCOTUS appointees that side against an American heritage... or future.
