The United States economy is an unmitigated disaster. Millions of Americans cannot find jobs and, if they do, they are usually part time. There is a push to grant amnesty to over 11 million illegals in this country. The true cost and affect of ObamaCare is finally being realized. What does Barack Hussein Obama do?
He declares his imaginary line in the sand on Syria has finally been crossed and demands we bomb Syria. And, as usual, the faux Conservative Republicans can't dance to his tune fast enough.
As I write this, I am watching the posturing of fools playing out the farce of a Senate hearing to justify our declaring war and attacking Syria. I have grown weary of fools. Where the hell do the likes of John McCain, Lindsey Graham, John Kerry and Chuck Hagel get the authority to send our children and grandchildren yet again to war in the Middle East? I stumbled across the following quote by Arthur Hoppe, "Old men declare war because they have failed to solve complex political and economic problems." That quote seems very relevant given the state of our country.
After being summoned yet again to the White House by the tyrant occupying the White House, the spineless John Boehner stated "I'm going to support the president's call for action". Of course you will, John. Cave has become your middle name. One has to begin to wonder just what Barack and his henchmen are holding over your head. Not to be outdone, the Boehner puppet, Eric Cantor, proudly proclaimed, "I'm going to vote to provide the president of the United States the option to use military force in Syria". This would be the same president that has gone out of his way to humiliate House Republicans at every opportunity. Congratulations John and Eric, you assisted in your own humiliation yet again.
I was directed by Rush Limbaugh today to an article in World Tribune.com by Yossef Bodansky titled, "Sarajevo, 1995 and Damascus, 2013: The use of mass attack deception to decide wars".
History seems to be repeating itself. Much like Obama's goal seems to be aiding the radical Islamists to completely rule the Middle East, Bill Clinton had made a promise to the Bosnian Muslims,led by Alija Izetbegovic, that the U.S. would launch an attack against the Serbs in Sarajevo. Unfortunately for Clinton, Slobodan Milosevic was not providing a valid reason for the attack.
Not to worry. On August 28, 1995 a mortar shell fell on the Markale market place in Sarajevo which killed 38 people and wounded at least 90 others. A Russian Colonel was at the time the commander of UN forces in Sarajevo. He issued a report blaming the Bosnian-Serb forces for the attack. This claim was proven false by then French Prime Minister Edouard Balladur when he admitted on August 31, 1995 that it was the muslims that had fired the mortar and slaughtered their own people.
Fast forward to 2013. After repeatedly declaring that Assad had to be removed from power, Obama then drew a line in the sand. Unfortunately for Obama, Assad refused to cross his ridiculous line. On August 21, 2013, like a gift to Obama from Allah, there was a purported chemical weapons attack by Assad in the outskirts of Damascus. The line was crossed. There has been no absolute proof put forward that this attack was carried out by Assad. There has even been a report that the rebels have admitted the disaster occurred due to their mishandling of chemical weapons.
Barack Obama has learned well at the knee of Bill Clinton. Much like Slick Willie, Obama is using the guise of humanitarian interventionism to involve the United States in another war in the Middle East. There is no immediate danger to the U.S. from Syria. In the words of Adolph Hitler, "Make the lie big, make it simple, keep saying it, and eventually they will believe it"
A new Washington Post-ABC News poll shows 6 in 10 Americans are opposed to launching missile strikes against Syria. The fact this strike is even being discussed is yet another indication those we sent to Washington to represent We the People have nothing but disdain for us. If, in 2014, we return any lawmaker that votes for this new atrocity to Washington, we deserve to lose this, the greatest country ever created.
I propose that any lawmaker that casts a vote in order to help Barack Hussein Obama avoid humiliation on Syria be issued a uniform and a gun and immediately sent to Syria. These elitists have no qualms about sending our children into another Middle East quagmire. If it's a war worth fighting, let them fight it. And, when they return home maimed and broken, they must fight the same bureaucratic VA red tape our returning soldiers face.
