The Little Socialist from Another Place does the Twin Peaks red room dance

Where Rob and I are from, the birds sing a pretty song, and there's always music in the air. Of course, that music tends to be Motown, or Bob Seger, or Kid Rock - which I'd say is neither of our preferences. But if you've read this site for long, one thing you know is that Herman somehow managed to pick two massive Twin Peaks and David Lynch fans to write here. About that: I saw recently that Lynch had "endorsed" Bernie Sanders, whatever that means, which troubles me only insofar as it might have taken three seconds away from time Lynch should be spending on the new season of Twin Peaks - which will air on Showtime next year. That doesn't mean Bernie is a Twin Peaks fan or knows anything at all about the show (although I'd concede it's possible), but with the help of a little creative editing for which we must give Ellen DeGeneres and her crew credit, we can plausible convince ourselves that Bernie is little more than a wannabe socialist dancing dwarf, who wants all his Garmonbozia:

I'm assuming that if Bernie becomes president, the first thing he'll do is go after guys like Ben Horne, who not only has a monopoly on the town's major hotel and department store, but also secretly owns that horrible brothel just north of the Canadian border - not to mention the way he plotted to burn the mill so he could get his hands on the property for Ghostwood Estates. I'm tellin' ya, the system is rigged in favor of guys like that, and Bernie is just the president we need to go after the Ben Hornes of the world! Of course, Twin Peaks is as fictional as Bernie's view of how economics works, but it's fun! So is the original scene with the real Man from Another Place, as you can see here:
