Trump Speech One for the Ages

America is a nation of believers, dreamers, and strivers that is being led by a group of censors, critics, and cynics. Remember: all of the people telling you that you can’t have the country you want, are the same people telling you that I wouldn’t be standing here tonight. No longer can we rely on those elites in media, and politics, who will say anything to keep a rigged system in place. -- Donald J. Trump, Republican nominee for president 7/21/16 The speech that Donald J. Trump gave last night was one of the most powerful and important speeches given in American history…in world history.
Some folks compare Trump to President Reagan, but as great as Reagan may have been, he followed a mere four years of bad Democratic misrule, whereas Trump will follow eight years of historically bad Democratic misrule. Ronald Reagan partially cleaned out the Augean Stable that is Washington DC – Trump intends to burn it down. And I for one believe he will. Burn down the corrupt bloated bureaucracy that infests our nation’s capital in order to let the United States rise from the ashes like a Phoenix unbound! I suspect that most people have yet to realize how radical and revolutionary the speech Trump gave truly is. He not only put corrupt elitists on notice, but he also all but called out the FBI and Department of Justice – nobody does that! At least no nominee for president from a major political party.
…when a Secretary of State illegally stores her emails on a private server, deletes 33,000 of them so the authorities can’t see her crime, puts our country at risk, lies about it in every different form and faces no consequence – I know that corruption has reached a level like never before. When the FBI Director says that the Secretary of State was “extremely careless” and “negligent,” in handling our classified secrets, I also know that these terms are minor compared to what she actually did. Earlier this month FBI Director Comey laid out the crimes that Clinton is guilty of – and then proclaimed that “no reasonable” person would prosecute her. I beg to differ…any reasonable person can clearly see that the FBI Director’s words were “used to save her from facing justice.” And Comey then had the temerity to say that the little people, i.e. “we the people,” were not to consider ourselves exempt from the crimes he had just exempted Clinton from.
To be clear, this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances, a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary, those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions. -- FBI Director Comey 7/5/16
A rigged system indeed – who can doubt it?

Who can doubt it? The censors, the critics, and cynics, that’s who. Mr. Trump says that “history is watching us now.” These historic times call for historic people; people who think big, act big, and live big – people such as Trump…and, potentially, people like “we the people.” Time to strike off our chains!
