Indeed, at one time, we had a man of conviction and courage in the White House and his name was Ronald Wilson Reagan. I am not exactly sure what happened between the time he left office up until this point in time but I am sure it has something to do with American Progressivism which pretty much started with Teddy Roosevelt, expanded by Woodrow Wilson and was launched full-bore by Franklin Roosevelt. The wand was picked up again with Jimmy Carter, expanded by George Bush 1 and once more, brought full-bore by Bill Clinton. George Bush 2 expanded it a little more but not full-bore when compared to his father.
And then, we have Barack Hussein Obama, a nobody and a do nothing community organizer from the slums of south Chicago which, by the way, are still slums with the same issues before Barack “organized” them. So, his claim to fame is failure and because of that, he is going to bring failure as a National Treasure. This Marxist, no matter the spin from himself or any of his army of deniers, is the culmination of anti-American activities in this nation. There can be no denying that fact with the proof in the pudding.
Obama went to Mexico and lied again and said that he isn’t pursuing banning assault weapons. He did say that he still believed the bans are good but it would be too hard to get it passed. That’s poli-speak for BOHICA, bend over here it comes again. Any sane individual knows that banning weapons from law-abiding citizens doesn’t cure anything and is only window dressing for a failed policy. Question: what is an assault weapon? I’m just curious.

President Obama Backs Inter-American Arms Treaty
Obama will announce in a visit here today that he will push the U.S. Senate to ratify an inter-American arms trafficking treaty designed to curb the flow of guns and ammunition to drug cartels and other armed groups in the hemisphere.
Senior administration officials confirmed that he will make the announcement after meeting with Mexican President Felipe Calderon this afternoon. The meeting is the centerpiece of Obama’s first visit to Mexico, whose government is engaged in a broad war against heavily armed drug cartels now threatening the integrity of the state.
“The Obama administration’s commitment to seek ratification [of the treaty] is important because stemming the number of illegal firearms which flow into Latin America and the Caribbean is a high priority for the region and addresses a key hemispheric concern relating to people’s personal security and well-being,” said a senior Obama administration official. I wonder what that “and other armed groups” is referring to.
Obama Appointee Wants Soviet-styled Media
It’s bad enough the Obama administration has pledged trillions to “bailout” the bankers and has made moves to control business in the private sector. Now they want a Soviet-styled media financed and run by the government. […]
I have written about this before and it seems to be growing legs. Would a Patriotic president give the nation away to foreign governments and would a Patriotic president want to do away with private industry whether it be a financial institution, an auto maker or a news outlet? No, but Obama does. That makes him anti-American and unpatriotic. End of discussion. Besides, he has a plan for A New Foundation. I can hardly wait.
Would a Patriotic president say we must put aside our values and rid ourselves of that old and outdated Constitution and make way for the New Way? No, he would not.
