How are we going to pay for this abomination?

What have learned from today’‘s Supreme Court decision

What have we learned after the Supreme Court’s stunning decision of upholding the Affordable Care Act, aka Obama Care?
We have learned the Court’s decision to uphold the Law legitimizes the Obama Administration’s bold move to expand government intrusion into our lives. This affirmation alone is sobering. We already knew but have been reminded big government is alive and well. We have also learned while all in the room were carefully scrutinizing Justice Anthony Kennedy, Chief Justice John Roberts stole the show and tipped the scales to the Left. In common parlance, we got hoodwinked. We learned the Left will be energized in expanding its newly discovered ability to tax. Previous to today’s decision, even the most extreme in the Obama camp denied Obama Care was ever a tax. How surprised were those in the regime to know they have a willing if yet previously unknown ally in the body of the Chief Justice?

We have discovered, according to Rep. David Schweikert (R-Arizona), today’s Supreme Court decision has awakened a sleeping giant. Is this America’s new December 7, 1941, when we were asleep at the wheel only and awaken to Pearl Harbor? The moribund American public has yet to realize the financial consequences looming. Today’s decision will most certainly exacerbate the fragility of the American economy, dramatically deter job growth, and may send the economy into a Depression-mode collapse. Lost in the Decision and subsequent discussion is the question no one can or wants to answer. How are we going to pay for this abomination? The Congressional Budget Office estimates the 10-year cost of Obama Care will be approximately $1.76 trillion. Rest assured that estimate is ridiculously low. One can expect that number to near double. Again, how are we going to pay for this? One thing is for certain… This battle is far from over. When the effects of this vile Act hit the taxpayer’s wallet, there will be holy Hell to pay. Obama, Roberts, and the rest of those who live in the Washington soap bubble, may soon learn an unpleasant lesson. These ideologues will be inundated in a sea of backlash never before seen in our great republic. History will not be kind to the Roberts Court. Who are the winners? Obama and his sycophants, at least temporally. And the Tea Party, who now will come center stage and be tasked to articulate to the public each and every flaw in this 2,800 page Act.
