Will Obama Abandon Israel If Elected?

How might an Obama administration impact America's foreign policy throughout the world, especially in the Middle East? According to an article in the New York Post, the Reverend Jesse Jackson believes that Obama would bring fundamental changes to U.S. foreign policy particularly in the Middle East, where "decades of putting Israel's interests first" would end. Jackson added that Zionists who have controlled American policy for decades will remain strong, but would lose a great deal of clout should Barack Obama become president.
