Anchor Babies, Common Law, The Constitution, Eliminate birthright citizenship for the children of illegal immigrants
The Children of Illegal Immigrants Are Not Born American Citizens

 By Tim Dunkin Full Story

Once again, Donald Trump has managed to open up a robust national discussion about an issue that up to this point had been largely ignored by the political class. This time, the discussion is about so-called "birthright citizenship," the idea that whenever a foreign national (regardless of legal status and with a very few exceptions) has a child on American soil, this child automatically becomes an American citizen from birth.

Hunger by Government Definition Is "Food Insecure"
By Dr. Ileana Johnson Paugh Full Story

As liberals complain that people are going hungry and the first lady transforms the school lunch fare to "healthy" offerings nobody seems to like, the federal government is spending plenty on "domestic food assistance to provide food for the hungry and other vulnerable populations in this country."

Ebeneezer Biden: Better at Giving Away Your Money Than His
By William Kevin Stoos Full Story

Recently, Ace Reporter Hugh Betcha--named Univision's "Most Trusted Conservative Reporter, 2015," and MSNBC's "Reporter We Would Most Like to Hang Out With, 2015" overheard a discussion in the ObamaMedia about Republican politicians' charitable giving habits. Since liberal politicians are so caring for the poor, since Hillary is taking a nose dive in the polls, and kindly Uncle Joe Biden is about to enter the race for President, Hugh decided to explore the would-be Democrat standard bearer's history of charitable giving. Certainly his private giving must match his avowed love of and desire to help the poor.

Planned Parenthood Audit Rejected
By Douglas V. Gibbs Full Story

California State Assemblywoman Melissa Melendez, R-Lake Elsinore, requested an audit of Planned Parenthood. Her request was a response to videos by a pro-life organization using undercover style reporting revealing Planned Parenthood officials discussing selling the body parts of aborted babies on the black market. She intended that the audit of California's Planned Parenthood locations would ensure the organization is not illegally profiting from the donation of aborted baby tissue. Her request was rejected by a State legislative committee on Tuesday, August 25.

Stealing from Walmart still stealing
By Dr. Ileana Johnson Paugh Full Story

In the new “legal relativism” and mob justice atmosphere that uses “social justice” as an excuse to loot and burn down stores in their neighborhoods, Everett Mitchell, the Director of Community Relations at the University of Wisconsin, Madison campus, stated during a discussion panel, “Best Policing Practices,” that prosecuting shoplifters from Walmart and Target is “aggressive police behavior.”

The #BlackLivesMatter Revolution Will Be Televised
 By Matthew Vadum Full Story

Hoping to start a bloody "race war," a black, gay, in-your-face Obama-supporting former TV reporter horrified Southwest Virginia TV viewers yesterday when he stalked and coolly murdered two white former TV station colleagues and wounded a white interview subject during a live broadcast.

Loud and Clear Politics For a Change
 By Ray DiLorenzo Full Story

The candidacy of Donald Trump is about much more than The Donald. It is about anger, frustration, dissatisfaction and resentment. It is about the growing anger that nothing gets done, frustration over a deaf and obese Federal Government, dissatisfaction when they do try to accomplish something and resentment when they don’t care when they are found incompetent. It is about a government that asserts that it knows best when it doesn’t. It is about insisting everything is on track when we know that it is off track.

Virginia murderer's manifesto: Angry about Charleston, says he was bullied for being gay and black
 By Dan Calabrese Full Story

We haven't been all over this story all day because we didn't figure you needed one more conservative news site presuming to give you up-to-the-minute updates. But we're shaken like everyone else by the murders of Adam Ward and Alison Parker on live television this morning in Virginia.

Long past time to make English the official national language of the United States
 By Al Kaltman Full Story

Donald Trump’s stance on illegal immigration is a timely reminder that assimilation (to a common language, culture and values) is what makes the United States exceptional. If we are to continue to be the greatest nation on earth then we must remain a melting pot. As Senator Hayakawa so eloquently explained, “The United States, a land of immigrants from every corner of the world, has been strengthened and unified because its newcomers have historically chosen ultimately to forgo their native language for the English language. We have all benefited from the sharing of ideas, of cultures and beliefs, made possible by a common language. We have all enriched each other.”

Palestine -- Changed Narratives Needed To Nurture New Negotiations
By David Singer Full StoryFrance is not expected to present its anticipated draft proposal for the declaration of a Palestinian State to the U.N. Security Council in September -- having reportedly been criticized both by Israel - which does not want any external solution imposed on it - and by the PLO - which fears the Security Council will not meet its demands.

PAKISTAN: Young Christian Women Trapped into Forced Conversions
By News on the Net   --Christianity - Religion

Sources: International Christian Concern, Christianity Today

A report released by the Aurat Foundation claims that every year, more than 1,000 women from religious minority groups are forcibly converted to Islam. As in previously documented reports, this current one proves that the majority of these victimized young women and girls are Christians. In many cases, rape and forced marriages to Muslim men are used to trap them into contrived conversions. Forced marriages usually follow a similar pattern: the girls (often between the ages of 12 and 25) are abducted, made to convert to Islam, and then married to the abductor or an associate.

Feminists, Lunacy, And The Southern Belle
 By Gail Jarvis   --American Politics

The recent malicious denigration of Southern sorority girls by radical feminists might appear to have only regional connotations, but it actually has nationwide implications. Excerpts from two journalistic assaults on these young women will illustrate how ridiculous radical feminism has become. The feminist writers of these articles call these young girls “Southern belles.” They use the term in a derogatory sense because it implies femininity and charm; gender attributes that feminists maintain are a form of social control, i.e., gender roles prevent women from achieving equality with men.

Gender activists fault these young college girls for making themselves attractive and going on dates rather than railing against the campus rape culture. Instead of dating, feminists insist that young women should be promoting women’s issues and crusading for diversity and inclusion. By behaving as young females often do, these girls have incurred the wrath of feminists do-gooders.

MSNBC sends Al Sharpton to the graveyard of forgotten shows
By Robert Laurie   --Media - Media Bias

Whatever else Al Sharpton may be, he’s not an idiot. Sure, he’s a tax cheat, his grip on reality is tenuous, he’s barely literate, and his knowledge of American politics is dwarfed by that of the average two-year-old, but he’s no dummy.  Somehow, he managed to parlay his life as a lowly street thug and FBI informant into a major media career. You may not like him, but you have to admit that takes a certain amount of (admittedly crooked) brainpower.

Immigration: The Refugee Scam
 By Selwyn Duke   --American Politics

Jeb Bush has called illegal migration “an act of love.” And all over the West we see nations being loved to death, with endless human waves from Third World countries washing ashore. The results were predictable and are now plain: balkanization, riots, ethnic and racial strife and no-go areas in European lands. Yet we’re told that accepting what are “refugees” is a humanitarian imperative. Yet no one, it seems, points out an obvious fact, something that really is the crux of the matter.

Don’t Repeal First Nations Financial Transparency Act
By Canadian Taxpayers Federation--Aaron Wudrick   --Canada

(This commentary ran in the National Post on Tuesday, August 25, 2015)

Imagine Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau promising to keep his salary a secret after being elected prime minister. It’s an unfair violation of privacy, he might say. It only serves to inflame negative stereotypes about overpaid politicians. And why should people in other countries be able to look up his prime ministerial salary on the Internet?

Three Quarters Of UK Manufacturers Want Green & Climate Policies Reformed
By Guest Column--Dr. Benny Peiser   --Global Warming-Energy-Environment

As many as 73% of manufacturers want to see legislative reform of the UK’s current environmental and climate change policies, according to a new survey by the manufacturers organisation EEF. Respondents claimed that existing regulations are harming their international competitiveness. Earlier this year, EEF’s senior climate and environment policy adviser warned that large UK manufacturers could be forced to move their operations overseas if countries cannot agree a unilateral cap on emissions at the Paris climate talks, thanks to the burden of environmental regulation.—Brad Allen, Edie News, 27 August 2015

North American Platform Against Wind Power
By News on the Net   --Global Warming-Energy-Environment

The North American Platform Against Wind Power today announced its profound objection to the Ontario Provincial approval of the Amherst Island wind turbine project of 26 turbines (Windlectric/Algonquin Power), that since its conception, has long garnered international interest and concern.  Amherst, well known for its abundance of migratory bird and bat life, is also a Canadian recognized historic centre, a centre for bird tourism, and boasts a windswept coastline with more shoreline than all of the 1,000 Islands combined. Of international note: Amherst Island is an Important Bird Area of Global Significance on the Atlantic Migratory Flyway, and is home to 34 species at risk, including the Blanding’s Turtle.  Wintering hawks and owls attract global visitors.

Obama administration policy on Jews: Divide and conquer
By Diane Weber Bederman   --American Politics

The Iran Deal has revealed many divisions in the body politic. According to Haaretz, a left-wing Israeli media outlet, only one in 10 Israelis supports the deal while 50 percent of American Jews support it. Rarely is there such disparity between the two Jewish communities. Sadly, the Iran Deal has opened wounds within the America Jewish community. There is a divisiveness that is harmful to the American Jewish community and to Israel.

Iran is Nuclear Now! With Weapons Development and Delivery Systems
By Paul E. Vallely--MG Paul Vallely, US Army (Ret) and LTC Denny Haney, USAF (Ret)   --World News

Since 1979, a cabal of nations has aided and abetted Iran in its efforts to develop a robust nuclear program under the guise of generating a nuclear energy system. This cabal is mainly comprised of Russia, China, and North Korea. Since sanctions began being placed on Iran in 1979, with more added since, Iran still had enough free reign to develop its capabilities despite the sanctions regime because of this cabal. All the moving parts are in place, the material is there, and this means they are already nuclear – “break out” is imminent now.
Obama: Virginia shooting shows gun control is more urgent than fighting terrorism
 By Dan Calabrese   --Crime-Terror-Security

We touched yesterday on the left's out-of-the-gate seizing on the Roanoke shooting to kick off the latest gun control push. It's what they do, and no one was surprised that they did it - tinged as always with warnings like "we can't wait any longer," which imply, I guess, that everyone knows the left's gun control agenda would stop killings like this, and we're all just dragging our feet because the approval of the NRA is more important than the lives of folks like Alison Parker and Adam Ward.
