Prime Minister Justin Trudeau Pays Tribute to Islam With His Feet

Proving that socks really are for puppets, Canada Prime Minister Justin Trudeau used his as a kind of Islamic flag worn on the feet at yesterday’s Gay Pride parade in Toronto.

The Ramadan socks Trudeau sported, with his official photographer in tow, promote a so-called ‘religion’ that cavalierly throws gays to their deaths from the tops of tall buildings.

“Text on the socks read “Eid Mubarak,” honouring the religious holiday that marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting, which coincides with Gay Pride this year.” (National Post, June 26, 2017)

Leftopaths, the Cycle of Violence Continues

There is nothing new under the sun: Ecclesiastes 1:9

While the above phrase was written over 2,000 years ago, the author of Ecclesiastes composed one of the most profound truisms in history. There really is nothing new under the sun when it comes to human beings and that predictability has often been used by unscrupulous scoundrels to manipulate people. Such is the case in today’s democrats/leftists who are playing into the hands of Leftopathic leaders intent on creating the chaos needed to bring about a new world order.

From their exalted positions in fields ranging from entertainment, politics, business, and news media, malevolent puppet-masters like Arianna Huffington, Beyonce, Whoopi Goldberg, Loretta Lynch, George Soros and Rachel Maddow bang the drums of war and hate to their base turning many of them into useful idiots willing to commit acts of violence, civil disobedience, intimidation, and worse.

Political violence is nothing new to the Democratic Party. For instance, in 1856, democratic Congressman Preston Brooks nearly beat republican Senator Charles Sumner to death in the Capitol Building over the slavery issue; the Opelousas, Louisiana, Massacre in 1868 in which white democrats killed some 300 blacks and another 35-50 whites; the Wilmington, North Carolina insurrection of 1898 in which white Democratic Party insurgents overthrew the legitimately elected local government, killing between 15-60 people and destroying large sections of black owned businesses/houses; Democrat George Wallace and the Selma March in 1963. The current rounds of violence and anarchy are simply the external workings of the same old Democratic Party that has replaced the support of slavery with the anarchistic methods of Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” and combined them with Antonio Francesco Gramsci’s “Prison Notebook” amongst others to create a democratic “no quarter” policy. Thus the “leaders” of the Leftopaths are simply using the longtime Democratic Party’s favorite tactics of violence and intimidation.

SCOTUS DENIES REVIEW, ALLOWS SAF’S BINDERUP WIN TO STAND

BELLEVUE, WA – The Supreme Court of the United States has declined to review an important Second Amendment Foundation case involving firearms rights for individuals convicted of certain non-violent misdemeanor crimes.

The decision allows an earlier favorable en banc ruling for SAF by the Third U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Pennsylvania to stand. In the case of Binderup v. the U.S. Attorney General, the appeals court ruled that individuals convicted of certain non-serious misdemeanor crimes do not lose their fundamental rights under the Second Amendment for life. After SAF won at the appeals court level, the Obama Justice Department sought Supreme Court review.

Google said to be facing record EU fine over shopping search service

Google is set to face a record antitrust fine from the European Union on Tuesday for promoting its own shopping search service over those of smaller rivals, according to two people familiar with the probe that has dramatically sped up in recent days.

The fine for Alphabet Inc.’s Google, expected to top a previous $1.2 billion (U.S.) record, will skirt the usual rules that see all of the EU’s 28 commissioners discuss controversial decisions at a weekly meeting, usually on a Wednesday. Instead, EU Competition Commissioner Margrethe Vestager will lay out a ruling that’s been rubber-stamped by her colleagues in a so-called written procedure, said one of the people who spoke on condition of anonymity.—More….

Trump signs bill making it easier to fire awful VA employees

It’s good to know that horrible VA employees who treat veterans like garbage might actually get fired for it, unlike in the past when proving their worthlessness was so difficult the government rarely bothered to try.

The AP writer who wrote this story has an interesting idea of how firings work. They’re not criminal trials. In the real world, if your employer doesn’t want you around anymore, you’re gone. In the public sector and other union-infested shops, it’s such a hassle to prove someone deserves to be fired, it’s usually the path of least resistance to just put up with their nonsense. That’s what happens when unions fund the politicians who make the rules.

Still, today we have a small step toward accountability for federal employees, although only a very small step:

Religious Liberty Victory at Supreme Court

WASHINGTON, DC - The U.S. Supreme Court ruled today in favor of religious liberty in Trinity Lutheran Church v. Pauley and voted 7-2 that excluding the Trinity Lutheran Church from public grant program violates the First Amendment’s Free Exercise Clause and the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause.

This ruling reverses the Eighth Circuit Court’s previous decision. Justice John Roberts wrote the opinion and stated that, although the state’s policy “is nothing so dramatic as the denial of political office,” “the exclusion of Trinity Lutheran from a public benefit for which it is otherwise qualified, solely because it is a church, is odious to our Constitution all the same, and cannot stand.”

The Conservative Predicament in Iran

The results of the recent elections are the latest development in a line of defeats that Iran’s conservatives have suffered in recent years. The difficulty faced by the conservative right in its efforts to recruit the support of the Iranian public can be explained by the conservative failure to provide a relevant response to demands regarding economics and individual freedoms. The election results showed that it is not enough to scatter slogans or use social media to recruit public support. Yet as conservative elements continue to control the main centers of power, the prospects for change appear remote. Moreover, the challenges facing the conservative camp do not at this stage amount to a substantive threat to regime stability or even to the continuation of the conservative hegemony. However, adapting revolutionary ideology to the constraints of reality is the key to survival of the system.

Following a stormy election campaign, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani was reelected for a second term of office. Rouhani won 57 percent of the votes, while his main rival, the conservative cleric Ebrahim Raisi, received less than 39 percent of the vote. Rouhani’s sweeping victory in 23 out of the 31 provinces throughout Iran was particularly striking in view of the high voter turnout – about 73 percent, one of the highest rates ever recorded in presidential elections in Iran. In the country’s ongoing political struggle between the pragmatic/reformist camp, which seeks change, even if limited and gradual, and the conservative camp, which fears change and is determined to block it, Iranian citizens preferred the more moderate candidates. In the elections for local councils, which were held concurrently with the presidential elections, candidates for lists identified with the reformist camp also recorded impressive achievements. For the first time in 14 years, reformist candidates (including a record number of six women) won all 21 seats in Tehran’s city council. The reformists were also victorious in other central cities, including Isfahan, Shiraz, Karaj, Yazd, Tabriz, and even the holy city of Mashhad, the home of presidential candidate Raisi.

The Puzzle of Steve Bannon

Steve Bannon has been Trump’s right-hand man, and ever since that elevation the former head of Breitbart has been under constant attack. According to the liberal left Democrats, Bannon is a Nazi, a bigot, and an extreme right-wing crazy.

The reality is, he’s a staunch conservative; therefore, the liberal left is completely out of their mind over the guy. Their reaction tells me that Bannon’s likely nothing like what they scream he is.

I have a saying when it comes to my dealings with the liberal left. “If I am not pissing them off, I am doing something wrong.”

I was talking to a friend of mine the other day. John Sullivan is active in the conservative side of Hollywood, and has known Bannon for a long time. He verbalized many praises regarding the guy. Bannon is a true conservative, according to Sullivan.

SCOTUS allows most of Trump travel ban to go into effect - will hear oral arguments in the fall

Today, the Supreme court agreed to hear oral arguments regarding President Trump’s travel ban that would impact people entering the U.S. from six predominantly-Muslim countries.  They’ll be hearing those oral arguments in the fall but, in the meantime, they’ve decided that most of the ban can go into effect.  It’s expected to take somewhere in the neighborhood of 72 hours for that to happen.

From the Washington Times:

Justices said the lower court rulings that blocked Mr. Trump’s policy were far too broad, and said the president can begin to enforce his ban against foreigners who don’t already have some ties to the U.S.

Supreme Court Will Hear Travel Ban Case

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court announced on Monday that it would decide whether President Trump’s revised travel ban was lawful, setting the stage for a major decision on the scope of presidential power.

Mr. Trump’s revised executive order, issued in March, limited travel from six mostly Muslim countries for 90 days and suspended the nation’s refugee program for 120 days. The time was needed, the order said, to address gaps in the government’s screening and vetting procedures.—More…

Court partly reinstates Trump travel ban, fall arguments set

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court is letting a limited version of the Trump administration ban on travel from six mostly Muslim countries to take effect, a victory for President Donald Trump in the biggest legal controversy of his young presidency.

The court said Monday the ban on visitors from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen could be enforced as long as they lack a “credible claim of a bona fide relationship with a person or entity in the United States.” The justices will hear arguments in the case in October.—More…

Trump, Kushner, Greenblatt flirt with phantom Palestinian Authority

President Trump has made a poor start in attempting to broker an end to the Jewish-Arab conflict by initially engaging with the “Palestinian Authority”—an entity that no longer legally exists.

Trump’s White House communique on 21 June highlights his glaring tactical error:

“Senior Advisor to the President Jared Kushner, Assistant to the President and Special Representative for International Negotiations Jason Greenblatt, and United States Consul General in Jerusalem Donald Blome met today in Ramallah with President Mahmoud Abbas of the Palestinian Authority and his senior advisors.”

East-West-North-South: The Race for Syria after the Islamic State

The current race for control of territory in Syria now appears to be a competition between Iran and the United States, which have established two respective axes – with a vertical American (north-south) effort on the one hand, and a horizontal Iranian (east-west) effort on the other hand. In practice, this is another stage in the shaping of Syria in preparation for the day after the Islamic State. In the meantime, the country’s southwestern region, from Daraa to the Golan Heights, remains open for activity and influence by Israel and Jordan, which must begin taking action before it is too late. Contacts are apparently underway to formulate a joint Israeli-Jordanian-American strategy aimed at preventing Iranian influence and the presence of its proxies, especially Hezbollah and Shiite militias, in the southern Syria.

Increasing signs are pointing to the impending fall of the Islamic State in Syria, which has suffered a series of defeats in recent months. The territory in eastern Syria that will be freed of Islamic State control now constitutes a focus of the major struggle between the United States and Iran in Syria, as both are striving to seize the area. Early June marked the onset of the final phase of the US-led coalition’s offensive to conquer the city of Raqqa, the capital of the Islamic State in Syria, with a combined Kurdish-Arab (though predominantly Kurdish) ground force – the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) – and air support provided by the international coalition, including the United States, other Western countries, and Arab states. At the same time, Iran and its proxies have also started intensifying efforts aimed at shaping Syria the day after the fall of the Islamic State. Forces of the pro-Assad coalition are currently trying to expand their control in the Deir ez-Zor region and improve their access to Raqqa and the surrounding area, and also seize key positions along the Syrian-Iraqi border.

US pressure on Israel? No need to panic!

Can Israel afford to defy US presidential pressure to concede land, which is historically and militarily critical to the future of the Jewish State?

US presidential pressure has been an integral part of the US-Israel saga since 1948. However, in retrospect, US pressure on Israel has been based on erroneous assessments of the Middle East, failing to advance the cause of peace, as evidenced by the only two peace accords (between Israel and Egypt and Jordan), which were the result of direct Israeli initiatives, not US pressure.

In fact, US pressure on Israel has forced Arabs to outflank the US from the maximalist side, causing further setbacks to the peace process.

When Evangelicals Become Useful Idiots for Islamism

American Thinker
Our culture looks to be coming apart at the seams. The June 14 attack on the GOP Congressional Baseball team is only an exclamation point in an increasingly hostile, increasingly violent, premeditated campaign by Democrats and other leftists to create an atmosphere of ungovernable anarchy. The Christian church has not escaped this agenda. In fact, it has become a major target. The Left, in concert with its allies among atheists, Islamists, and the homosexual lobby, is engaged in a multi-front war to destroy what remains of our nation’s Christian bedrock. One of the fronts in this war comes under the innocuous heading “Interfaith Dialog”. It sounds so compelling: a mutually beneficial outreach for “differing faith traditions” to find common ground and join forces to mend the fractious divisions between Muslims, Christians, Jews, and for that matter, practically everyone else.

But that is not what is accomplished. As Robert Spencer repeatedly argues, most Muslims want to live their lives like the rest of us. They want nothing to do with the radical jihadis, Islamic terrorism, or indeed much of the classical interpretations of Islam that classifies women and non-Muslims as second-class citizens. The problem is that while apologists reassure us that we have nothing to fear, those in the forefront of this battle, like the Council of American Islamic Relations (CAIR) and the hundreds of other Muslim Brotherhood front groups, are determined to use every tactic at their disposal to deconstruct our laws, our Constitution and our religious and secular institutions, to replace them with the Islamic version, Sharia law. As Spencer says, “They take advantage of our ignorance about Islam to mislead people into complacency about Islam.”

The “Crime of the Century” is Bad Journalism

The latest propaganda piece from The Washington Post, “Obama’s secret struggle to punish Russia for Putin’s election assault,” is based, as usual, mostly on anonymous sources determined to make former President Barack Obama look good. The gist is that Obama tried his best to punish Russia for alleged interference in the 2016 election, but he fell short and left the matter in the hands of President Donald Trump, who has done nothing.

So Trump is blamed for Obama’s failure. How convenient.

The essence of the piece is that “intelligence” was “captured” that somehow proved that Russian President Vladimir Putin gave “specific instructions” that he wanted to “defeat or at least damage the Democratic nominee, Hillary Clinton, and help elect her opponent, Donald Trump.”

Crime expands according to our willingness to put up with it

The Democrats are a network of criminals who seek to sabotage this past election using the press, various progressive organizations and George Soros NGO’s.  Their deceptive practices are direct assaults on our electoral process and threatens the stability of our republic. Their “Resistance” supported by powerful Democrats and their activists, use inciting rhetoric fomenting violence leading to attempted assassinations of dozens of GOP congressman by Bernie Sanders supporter, James T. Hodgkinson.

Although the Trump-Russia narrative of collusion has been dispelled by lack of evidence, it still makes headlines. Although Lyin’ Chuck Schumer kept repeating a lie, there was never a FBI investigation of President Trump.  The Democrats and their media complex run with fake news in order to run away from the long list of potentially criminal and unethical activities of their friends in the Democrat Party.
