Marriage: A Ceremony Complicated By Government Interference!
By Leigh Bravo Tuesday, June 30, 2015
The Supreme Court has ruled that gay marriage is the new norm. But the real question is, should the government have any say in what constitutes marriage at all? What if there was a way to stop the controversy? What if we took government out of the business of marriage completely?
We have seen, over the past 6 years, government remove any signs of “Faith” from our schools, our government offices, our memorials, our military and our foreign policy. But why then, are we allowing the government to make a decision about what most believe is a religious ceremony?
Gay marriage infringes on religion by ONE route
By A. Dru Kristenev Tuesday, June 30, 2015
Last week’s Supreme Court decision in Obergefell v. Hodges opens another can of worms that is driving rhetoric in a way that misdirects people from the reality of its affect on religion and the free exercise thereof. No, this does not come from a lawyer, it comes from a missionary who, for more than 20 years, has delved into the legal entities that churches have embraced, essentially transforming their structure. And the change occurred innocently by way of the non-profit organization enticement.

Scholar Speaks on Obama’s Red Mentor
By Cliff Kincaid Monday, June 29, 2015
The black scholar who previously revealed Obama’s personal relationship with Communist Party operative Frank Marshall Davis is now speaking in detail on the record. Professor Gerald Horne says that while the relationship is noteworthy and should have been uncovered by the press, there is no evidence that Davis turned Obama “into some sort of Manchurian candidate.”
However, Professor Paul Kengor’s book about Davis, The Communist, argues that Davis had a significant influence on the formation of Obama’s Marxist views and policies as President.
Hillary withheld emails on Benghazi & Libyan oil - altered others to downplay sharia
By Robert Laurie Monday, June 29, 2015
According to a report published this weekend, not only did Hillary lie about the YouTube video but she also lied when she said she turned over all of her non-personal emails. ....And at least a few of the emails that she did manage to turn over were sanitized to downplay some politically uncomfortable realities.
As the Washington Examiner reports:
Who Do They Think They Are?
By Liberty Counsel Monday, June 29, 2015
Washington, DC - Chief Justice John Roberts was right when referring to “five lawyers” who think they can order the “transformation of a social institution that has formed the basis of human society for millennia….Just who do we think we are?” he retorted. He went on to write that the decision of these “five lawyers” (as he calls them three times in his dissent) “is an act of will, not a legal judgment… [because the so-called right] “has no basis in the Constitution or the Court’s precedents.”
Most disturbing impact of SCOTUS rulings: They’ve made the federal government the 51st state
By Herman Cain Monday, June 29, 2015
Let’s refresh our memories about exactly what the Tenth Amendment says:
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
The First Step
By Sarge Monday, June 29, 2015
“The first step in liquidating a people is to erase its memory. Destroy its books, its culture, its history. Then have somebody write new books, manufacture a new culture, invent a new history. Before long the nation will begin to forget what it is and what it was. The world around it will forget even faster.- Milan Kundera (The Hayride 6-26-2015)
Well; the Supreme Court has issued some specific and overwhelmingly Progressive judgments between 6-25 and 6-26-2015. Obamacare doesn’t have to follow the “letter of the law” and Same-Sex marriage is allowable and enforceable in all 50 states. This seems less a matter of the will of the people than a pair of statements saying the State and the Government has NO responsibility to listen to the people and/or follow the mandates of those people.
Obama’s Iran Nuke Fiasco: Better NEVER Than Late!
By John Lillpop Monday, June 29, 2015
In yet another wretched foreign policy failure, Barack Obama’s much-maligned effort to undercut world security by allowing the terror state of Iran to go nuclear is about to go belly-up and miss the June 30 deadline for completion.
Of course, Obama and the mainstream media conspirators will spin the latest failure as yet another great foreign policy victory for The One and his crippled Secretary of State, the non-effervescent, uninspiring and uninspired John Kerry.
‘Gay Marriage’ Ruling: Evil with a Silver Lining
By Matt Barber Sunday, June 28, 2015
Well, that was predictable. On Friday, with its majority opinion in Obergefell v. Hodges, five judicial imperialists perched high atop the U.S. Supreme Court bench called the Supreme Being a liar. They presumed to invent, out of thin air and through judicial fiat, a “constitutional right” to sin-based “gay marriage.” (Father God, as you exact Your perfect justice on America, please have mercy upon Your faithful.)
If Republicans won’t repeal ObamaCare, it hardly matters what the Court does
By Herman Cain Sunday, June 28, 2015
In no way am I willing to excuse the legal illogic that led six of the nine Supreme Court justices to uphold ObamaCare’s clearly illegal subsidy scheme in the King v. Burwell ruling. I can’t say it any better than dissenting Justice Antonin Scalia, who rightly observes that words now mean nothing, and that we might as well refer to the law as SCOTUSCare if the Supremes are going to keep rescuing it from its own shortcomings.
If Chief Justice Roberts finds it that implausible that the Democrat Congress of 2009 would really design a law in a way that ensures its failure, I wonder if he’s read many of their other laws. It’s what they do.
President who opposed gay marriage three years ago turns White House into rainbow extravaganza
By Dan Calabrese Sunday, June 28, 2015
It’s not Barack Obama’s style to win a victory with any sort of humility, you understand. That’s not in his makeup. And there’s really little point in mentioning that he was “opposed” to gay marriage as recently as 2012 when he announced his big evolution on the issue, because everyone knows he wasn’t really opposed at all. He pretended to be until he sensed correctly that the politics of the country were changing and it was OK to admit he was for it - which he had been all along.
Anyway, if you’re a Christian who is grieved by this ruling and you’d like to think the president would greet the ruling with some level of dignity that would reflect a level of respect for differing views on the issue . . . sorry:
Liberals are normalizing the abnormal, marginalizing the majority
By Dr. Ileana Johnson Paugh Sunday, June 28, 2015
As I attempted to discuss politics in my former country, one young cousin commented wryly that individuals are not preoccupied with politics like Americans are; people are too worried about daily economic survival and loss of “entitlements.”
After decades of communism, the culture of dependency is strongly ingrained and is not likely to go away. Voters are too uninformed, he added. They say, ‘who cares who is elected, they are all corrupt,” but then eagerly accept the meager bribes of $15-$20 in exchange for their vote, whether it’s a vote for mayoral elections or for higher office, and then line up for the promised “social benefits.” Once they obtain said benefits, they complain that nothing ever changes in society because it is all rigged against the poor. Sounds familiar?
Be the Best Saboteur You Can Be
By Daniel Greenfield Saturday, June 27, 2015
1. There is no conservative party
There is a Republican Party. The purpose of the party and its politicians, much like that of its Democratic counterpart, is to obtain money and privileges for its major donors. That doesn’t mean that its members don’t have other ideals and agendas, but Republican politicians who rise high enough come from an urban and suburban establishment that is more liberal than its base.
Overthrow the Judicial Dictatorship
By Cliff Kincaid Saturday, June 27, 2015
Commentators have missed the real significance of Justice Antonin Scalia’s dissent in the gay marriage case. He calls the decision a judicial “Putsch,” an attempt to overthrow a form of government—ours. His dissent, joined by Justice Clarence Thomas, was written “to call attention to this Court’s threat to American democracy.”
His comment about the Court using the kind of reasoning we find in a fortune cookie is a funny line. But there is much of the Scalia dissent that is not funny and which serves as a warning to the American people about what the Court has done to us.
The truth of Obama’s post-racial America
By David L. Hunter Saturday, June 27, 2015
Supposedly aggrieved Afro-American activists (whose knee-jerk reaction is always to blame whitey for their ills) bray “black lives [should] matter.” These same folks completely ignore the fact that 50 percent of Afro-American children are aborted in the womb. Similarly, militant slogans like ‘no justice, no peace’ coupled with violent city burning-protests obscure the truth that most blacks in America are killed by members of their own race: per 2012 FBI crime statistics, of 2,648 black homicides, 2,412, or 90%, of the perpetrators were black. The progressive Left utilizes the Obama political strategy of “never letting a crisis go to waste” to further an anti-American agenda designed to further inflame racial dissension and keep Democratic ultra-constitutionalist rabble-rousers (through an abetting MSM and mouthpieces like Al Sharpton) in power.
