Are we still a strong Nation or a whole bunch of little ones run by a crafted bilingual crowd in Ottawa

A Love For Tradition

"A love for tradition has never weakened a nation, indeed it has strengthened nations in their hour of peril."

Sir Winston Churchill. "And what's left of the tradition and culture that "strengthened Canada" during our hours of peril in WW1 and WW2 and up until say, 1965? Are we stronger today? Could we muster three million volunteers ( a similar one in ten ratio ) and still have a significant " Home Guard?" We can't even speak the same language. Then again the government has been telling us for years that our strength comes from our differences, our official state of division. Everything we were before 1965 is an inferior reflection of our colonial past not worthy of preservation unless deviously and blatantly twisted and rewritten to serve and accommodate political agendas. Are we still a strong Nation or a whole bunch of little ones run by a crafted bilingual crowd in Ottawa that caters to the unilingual " Nation Of Quebec "? Bill Bishop.
