Despite leftist media attempts to prop up their failing messiah, Obama’s approval numbers are setting new records as the fastest freefall from popularity that any US president has ever experienced.

As Obama’s policies for “change” continue to document right-wing accusations of Marxism and anti-American global thug-ism at American taxpayer expense, even many who voted for this nonsense are losing hope in their leader. Only a handful of naïve college kids, career deadbeats and press corps Marxists are still chanting the campaign mantra... “Change!” - and boy are they about to get it in a huge dose! On Obama’s first day in office, the nation was largely optimistic about the unknown messiah. 44% “strongly approved” while only 16% of the nation “strongly disapproved.” That’s before Obama started dismantling the Constitutional Republic at fever pace. Less than six months later, only 28% “strongly approve” while those who “strongly disapprove” has skyrocketed from 16% to 36%, leaving Obama with a net -8% approval rating as of this writing, according to Rasmussen Reports.

Charges of Fraud and Treason Take Hold

Obama’s momentary popularity is vanishing faster than his birth records. Just wait until Americans figure out that Obama is a complete fraud. After numerous legal efforts to force Obama to become the transparent leader he promised to be, a Federal Judge in California, who happens to be a former Marine, is the first Judge in the country to accept his oath to uphold the Constitution by hearing the mountain of mounding evidence that suggests Obama is not eligible for the office he currently holds. U.S. District Judge David O. Carter ruled in a hearing today that her case will move forward. Judge Carter stated “as a former Marine, I recognize the importance of having a constitutionally qualified president.” While no attorneys appeared on Obama's behalf, several members of the U.S. Attorney's office in California were in attendance, and sought to intervene on behalf of Obama over his actions before becoming president. The judge ordered them to accept service of the lawsuit immediately and then continued the case to an unannounced date. Taitz told WorldNetDaily, “For first time, we have a judge who's listening.” How fitting that a Marine be the one to lead the charge against an unconstitutional usurper-in-chief. Even better that he can do it in a court of law instead of at gun point, as it had to be done in Honduras. It’s also fitting that a Russian immigrant, who sought freedom and liberty in the land of milk and honey, be the self-made lawyer to lynch a fraudulent president operating as a tyrannical Marxist dictator in the Oval Office. won't confirm 'birth hospital' letter. – Still, New Jersey attorney Mario Apuzzo has filed a case on behalf of Charles Kerchner and others alleging Congress didn't properly ascertain that Obama is qualified to hold the office of president. Numerous other initiatives, including a criminal charge of “treason” filed by retired Navy Commander Walter Fitzpatrick and the Citizen Grand Jury indictments across the country accusing Obama of “high crimes” against the U.S. are gaining steam.

Nowhere to Run

Obama has been running from his entire past for years now. His birth, college and passport records remain under lock and key. As the filibuster-proof Democrat congress works to force all U.S. national security secrets out into the public venue, they continue to provide cover for their messiah and run interference for the unconstitutional resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. But sooner or later, they will run out of room to run and places to hide. Their efforts to deflect public attention by attacking the U.S. intelligence community could be the final fuse that ignites a political implosion of cataclysmic proportions. If you are going to blanket label a group “liars” and “terrorists,” you might want to pick a group other than the CIA. If anyone knows Obama’s secrets, it’s these folks... Now that Orly Taitz has her toe in the door of the judicial system, it’s only a matter of time before the past of the not-so-transparent resident becomes public. When it does, all hell is going to break loose...

Obama’s co-conspirators

When Obama goes down for defrauding an entire nation, an entire world for that matter, he’s going to take a lot of fellow conspirators with him. Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Hillary Clinton, and many – many more, all knew that Obama did not meet constitutional requirements for the Oval Office. Yet to feather their own Marxist nests, they all went along with the greatest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people. Not one of them will be able to step into the Oval Office when Obama is removed by the Constitution he sought to destroy.

Three Questions for Sotomayor

America needs ONE “constitutionally conscious” member of congress to ask Sotomayor the following three questions during her Supreme Court nomination hearings...

1. What do you believe the Founders meant by – “No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President;”
2. Do the American people have the right to demand proof of a president’s constitutional eligibility for the highest elective office in our land?
3. What should we do with a president who refuses to prove that he meets those constitutional requirements?

If Sotomayor cannot or will not give direct constitutionally based answers to these three simple questions, should she be allowed to sit on the highest court in our country, the final wall in the defense of our Constitutional Republic and the freedom it has protected for 233 years? Is there a single member of congress with the constitutional backbone to ask this nominee the most important questions of this generation? Where’s Ron Paul when we really need him? Send these questions to your representatives and ask them to be the one that steps forward with the questions that will not only sink Sotomayor, but the leftist regime currently destroying our country! Surely there is ONE member of congress with the guts to ask these questions... What kind of country do we have, if there isn’t?
