We live in trying times. No one in Congress or the White House is following the Constitution. Laws are being passed, being proposed, and policies implemented that are in direct violation of the Constitution of the united States of America. There is a czarist layer, a fourth leg of government, not established or authorized by the government.
There is a Marxist as president. There are criminals, communists and Marxists in the presidents cabinet and none of our elected officials, you know the ones who took the oath to defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic, are doing anything about it. The actions of B. Hussein Obama, both Emmanuel’s, Axelrod and Congress are acts of treason and sedition.
As Americans, all Americans, conservatives, liberals, independents and everyone in between should be asking why their God given, Constitutional rights are being taken away and, while you are asking those questions, ask the following questions and demand answers:
- With what authority did president B. Hussein Obama take over the banking and financial industries? The American government is in charge of and owns majority shares in a number of financial institutions. The government, with no authority, put the 19 largest banks in America through a “stress test” to determine if the government should supervise and run them. With what authority is this happening? Why are the banks being nationalized?
- How is it that B. Hussein Obama came to fire the CEO of General Motors? Why is our government the majority shareholder in two of the big three auto makers in America? By what authority did this stock purchase take place? Why is the auto industry being nationalized and under what authority?
- What section of the Constitution has allowed B. Hussein Obama to appoint 32 Czars, without congressional approval, accountable only to him, not to the voters, or Congress, who would have control over a wide range of US policy decisions? Why is there a Stimulus Accountability Czar, an Urban Czar, a Compensation Czar, an Iran Czar, an Auto Industry Czar, a Cyber Security Czar, an Energy Czar, a Bank Bailout Czar, and more than a dozen other government bureaucrats with unchecked regulatory and fiduciary powers over US domestic and foreign policy?
- B. Hussein Obama ran a campaign based on “hope & change”. He promised lower deficits. Obama delivered, a deficit that would be $915 billion in the first six months of the his presidency and a projected annual deficit of $1.75 trillion dollars, triple the $454.8 billion dollars in 2008, for which the previous administration was highly criticized by obama and his fellow democrats. Congress passed Obama's $3.53 trillion dollar federal budget for fiscal year 2010. The projected deficit over the next ten years, without cap & trade or health care legislation is $14.4 trillion dollars. By what authority is the Treasury Department borrowing $5 billion dollars a day to pay interest on our debt?
- Why is it that B. Hussein Obama and Congress have directed FBI agents to read Miranda rights to detainees captured on the battlefield and held at US military detention facilities in Afghanistan? Why has obama ordered the closing of the Guantanamo detention facility with no plan for the disposition of the 200-plus enemy combatants held there? Who approved the release of several suspected terrorists at Guantanamo and had them sent to live in freedom in Bermuda, at the expense of the American taxpayers? Why is it that Department of Homeland Security head, Janet Napolitano, is allowed to label returning soldiers terrorists, after sending real terrorists to Bermuda at our expense?
- Why would Congress not hold B. Hussein Obama accountable for his traveling to the middle east and bowing to the Saudi king, repeatedly apologizing for America's past actions? B. Hussein Obama traveled to Latin America where he warmly greeted Venezuela's strongman Hugo Chavez and sat passively in the audience while Nicaraguan Marxist thug Daniel Ortega charged America with terrorist aggression in Central America. President Obama is disgraceful for his actions and seditious for his remarks regarding a nation at war, America.
- Obama and his czars seek to dismantle conservative talk radio through the imposition of a new "Fairness Doctrine." He wants to curtail the First Amendment rights of those who may disagree with his policies via blogs, cable news networks, or advocacy ads. Most major network television stations and most newspapers will only sing obama’s praises like state-run media in communist countries, why? And, why is this attack upon America being tolerated by Americans?
- The legislation being ordered by obama, written by his minions and pushed through Congress by the Marxists and fools that inhabit that hallowed hall, are to eliminate states rights guaranteed by the Tenth Amendment and to give the federal government sweeping new powers over policies currently under the province of local and state governments, voted on by the people. Obama plans to control the schools, energy production, the environment, health care, and the wealth of every US citizen, creating a totalitarian state. Under what authority is this being done?
- The president, the courts, and the government have ignored the American Constitution and have seized powers which the founders of our country fought to restrict. Why has no one stopped this?
So, there are the questions surrounding B. Hussein Obama, his minions, and Congress. What are you prepared to do about it? Are you prepared to stand up and demand answers? Are you prepared to ask obama and congress these questions, again and again, until you get answers and get the change we want? I want my country back and I am not willing to stop until I draw my last breath, what about you? Elliott Ness once said, “Never stop, never stop fighting till the fight is done”. Well my fellow Americans, the fight is not done. We are nowhere near the end of this battle. Be bold. Stand up. Demand this stop. Demand answers. Demand people be held accountable for their actions.
Marxists, communists, socialists and other anti-American, anti-Constitutionalists, go back into the shadows, back under the rocks you crawled out from, and force your ugly, fascist, totalitarian regime on a people, a nation, that does not mind failure, does not mind enslavement to their government and a huge national debt. Leave America alone. It is my country. It is my Constitution. It is my America and you cannot have it for your brave new world.
