Bachmann issues a Call for Action

- tyskeditor@tysknews.com Congresswoman Michele Bachmann has issued a call for action for the American public to look their congresscritters (my word) in the eye and let them know the takeover of our health care system is NOT an option!

Here is a video of her explaining the Pelosi disaster – Bachmann calls it ‘The Crown Jewel of Socialism’ – to Fox’s Sean Hannity (10-minutes). In that interview she points out that the government has now taken over 30% of our nation’s wealth producing industries. With the passage of ObamaCare a further 18% would be under the control of government bureaucrats – nearly half of all the wealth created in the USA! The video is well worthwhile. Rep. Bachmann urges all Americans to contact their elected officials by phone, fax, or email if they cannot make a face-to-face plea for sanity. On Thursday, November 5th, she will be hosting a press conference and get together on the capitol steps and then lead everyone inside to meet directly with their representatives. Make a House Call on Congress on November 5th and Stop the Government Take Over of Health Care!

November 5th, 2009 Democrat leadership in the House wants to pass a government run health care bill before Veteran's Day, and it's up to us to make sure this prescription for socialized medicine doesn't pass. If you can come to Washington to look your Member straight in the eye and tell them to keep their hands off your health care, do it. If you can't make it to Washington, go to your Member's district office. And, if you can't do that at least call and email. Also, Americans for Prosperity is organizing a House Call to legislators district offices on Thursday at noon, and I encourage you to check out their website at americansforprosperity.org to see how you can take part in their efforts if you can't make it to D.C. Remember, this plan for socialized medicine is NOT inevitable! It can be STOPPED! Just as Gen. Washington’s war weary troops pushed on once again crossing the Delaware River and defeating the enemy at Trenton, so too can we go forth once again.
