Since the birth of the Progressive Movement, America’s been sliding toward its own form of Socialism

Malfeasance

Politicians thinking themselves superior to those putting them where they are is nothing new. Throughout man’s history we’ve seen a ruling class subjugate a populace based on greater resources to buy, rent, borrow or otherwise maintain a force held over the subjugates’ heads. This always kept the herd in queue while walking dully toward the slaughterhouse. Since the birth of the Progressive Movement, America’s been sliding toward its own form of Socialism.

I know, Mr. Obama says he’s not a Socialist, a Marxist or a Communist. I also know he’s a liar as are so many politicians today. Anybody espousing the redistribution of another’s wealth is following Socialist, Marxist and Communistic ideology. You know: like if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, flies like a duck, I’m supposed to believe it’s an eagle? Does that statement anger you? I don’t think it can anger you as badly as the carefully orchestrated political subversion of the Constitution of the United States and the attempted displacement of the Bill of Rights from my fundamental freedoms angers me. Besides: Republican Party Presidents are just as warped as Democratic Party Presidents. I once addressed the possibility Obama could be impeached. The answer was: NO. This answer’s based on the idea he’s committed no “high crimes or misdemeanors”. Then people said: “But he took an oath to defend the Constitution! He’s not doing that!” Wrong again. The Oath he took states: “I (place name of the liar/politician here) do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will, to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States so help me God.” That’s the place any idiot elected to the office can wiggle through: “to the best of my ability.” He can be lousy at the job as long as he looks like he’s making an effort. NO President since George Washington hasn’t been enamored of the idea of directing the government in the manner he alone felt best. John Adams wasn’t nearly as bad as Alexander Hamilton made him out to be, but Adams was reactive to Hamilton’s drive to create a new American aristocracy with Hamilton firmly ensconced in the upper echelons of control and direction. Aaron Burr did the nation a favor. In light of the manner any politician conducts himself in office, there’s the matter of simple Malfeasance in Office to be considered. Unfortunately, there’s been a move afoot for years to place more and more discretionary powers in the hands of the President. This denudes the other governmental branches of their ability to check and/or balance the others’ powers. In essence the President (over the years) has directed his party (whichever was in power) to hand over increasing power to the office of the President. As it’s accomplished legislatively by people aspiring to gain THAT office, or at least gain favor in the eyes of the chief resident of what’s becoming the Offal Office, it’s legal. It’s malfeasant because of the self-activated and self-aggrandizing nature of the law benefiting only ONE person over the needs of the entire nation. This is supposed to be a nation of the people, by the people and for the people. But check the action where jurists decide instead of one man-one vote, it becomes one man-six votes to balance elections based on ethnic diversity. You can’t dissolve the Electoral College in favor of a technologically collected and efficiently verified popular vote either. The President is the de facto leader of his party. The statement any President isn’t an ideologue is another lie. It’s NOT disingenuous. It’s NOT a misspoken statement. It’s NOT a misdirected metaphor or political rhetoric or even a rhetorical bombast. It’s an outright lie. Any President’s mindset is entrenched in the doctrine espoused by his political ancestry. Whether that’s an ancestry of democratic/republican genesis or a Marxist/Socialist genealogical program is to be determined by what he says, works for or pursues in accomplishment. Look at what the guy does and forget the speeches. Actions always speak louder than words. Thanks for listening
