Thank God a Judge in Virginia has just ruled that forcing people to have Government approved Health insurance is unconstitutional. It goes beyond the boundaries of congressional power. Do ya think? Gee, 100 million tea Party people don’t have a bunch of law degrees but we already knew and have been screaming for months that this Health care bill was totally rotten and unconstitutional.
Voting ObamaCare into existence by the former and trashed congress was a complete betrayal to our freedom, constitution, rights, and real health care. With this strong and legal precedent, the numerous other law suits representing state after state should be in excellent shape. Perhaps this will lead, more quickly than thought, to a possible repeal of the Health care bill.
Remember, over 20 Attorney Generals and states have sued, standing on 10th amendment rights and their plan to opt out of the Health care plan in their state. Of course, the ‘messiah’ tainted White House and liberals surrounding Obama have already said they will appeal this to the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals. Cocky Obama says he is ready for a fight. Good……because he is going to get one and the American people and constitution WILL WIN.
I see several battle grounds to continue the fight against this Obama regime
First battle ground – The House
We have voted in a new House given a bold vision by the American people to take a wrecking ball to the health care Bill, reinstate the Bush House cuts, stop the endless waste of money, reinstate our international reputation and cut back on intrusive regulations and controls. After the wrecking ball shreds all this anti American bull rot we need our new and rewired House to send fumigation trucks through congress then in 2012 through the White House. We must all communicate with our leaders and keep them straight.
Second battle ground – Continued law suits
The legal battles and victories in our courts will build as case after case by over 20 states and Attorney Generals get ruled on. The fight and appeal process will get vicious and distorted in the media, so get ready. The denial, bravado and feigned shock by the White House and Pelosi is priceless. We have heard so many lovely reasons and excuses as to why America doesn’t want this Health care bill. “We have a messaging and communication problem” to….”What do you expect when the American people are so stressed. Economic stress creates these kind of reactions. It’s natural.” We then heard the usual diatribe of how the ‘hostage taker’ GOP wants as usual tax cuts for the rich.
The GOP doesn’t actually care about the suffering and poor, you know. In addition, we don’t care at all about minorities, illegal aliens, Islamics, gays and women. We are just heartless, greedy and evil.
Oh yes, and hostage takers. “Rich, will you please tie that guy up in the corner again? He is getting loose and distracting me. As you can see I am trying to write an article!”

We must pray to God for guidance and help again
We are a nation with Judeo/Christian roots and traditions. Traditionally and historically most of our leaders and congress have led with prayer and dependence on the God of the Holy Bible. Since the 1960s it has become more hit and miss with our nation’s political leaders and the people. We have seen for years groups like the ACLU and other extreme, progressive organizations surround our culture, political process, schools, and way of life as they have tried to destroy the freedoms and expression of Christians and conservatives in this country. Dammed be Christmas and any real expression of it; Dammed be WWI and WWII Memorial crosses and ten commandment displays on public and official buildings; Dammed be wearing a cross around your neck in the wrong setting…on and on the madness and shredding machine has gone the last 30 years.
The truth is, we are a nation that was founded by Christians listening and depending on the God of the Holy Bible, not any other! We built our culture, freedom and laws from its spirit and guidance. That is what makes America so exceptional and unique. We have always been a shining light on a hill for the world to see. We need a new light bulb not to have some President yank our light off the hill and crush it!
We must exercise all manner of dissent, march in the streets, it is time for legal and cultural activism. It is also time for you to consider running for an office.
It is time to keep the pressure on! Between now and 2012 we have to find the conservative candidates in our counties, states and country to boldly get behind, fund and get voted in. That means you and I coming our of our shells and stopping the pity party how our vote doesn’t count….how no one will listen to us; How we don’t have any political power or money so we can’t make a real difference; The truth is……you and I can do a ton, and our country needs all of us right now!
More patriots and down-to-earth folks than ever can get elected to various offices of service. You and I can do this because of the strong drift to populist power and the massive growth of the Tea Party groups, 100 million strong and growing. Political rules and sellouts with both parties are being trashed. This is now the age of REAL PEOPLE.
I know, because months ago I was asked to run for a Precinct Committee officer position in Spokane County where I live, the second largest county in the state of Washington. I was elected, along with 170 plus other PCOs, representing specific land areas and a GOP voting block. Then, last week I was asked to run for the Vice Chair position for the whole Republican Party in this county. When asked, I felt totally unpolitical, unprepared and had no money. What could I do? I’m no politician and barely know Robert’s rules of order! At the last minute I was nominated, not because I was anything special but because I actually care about my county, state and country and am willing to fight for freedom. By the way, I was elected just a few days ago as the Vice Chair of the GOP in my county. You can run too.
Where are our battle fields again?
Major legal battles by States challenging the Health care bill. We just won a major one with a Federal Judge saying ObamaCare indeed exceeds the constitutional boundaries. There are over 20 more law suits to be ruled on. Bring it on.
The new and inspired, conservative House. They start the shredding machine, repair work and unfold the vision of the American people and constitution in January. We must match them with continued energy and support.
We must continue to march in the streets, protest on the issues that are unconstitutional and threatening our freedoms and find our voice everywhere we can. That means getting behind real conservatives in our counties, states and on the federal level. If there is no one and a glaring need in your area, YOU RUN. I DID, AND WON. I GUARANTEE YOU, I’M NOTHING SPECIAL BUT I DO CARE.
Finally, we must depend on our God again and pray for the healing of our country and lives again. There is power in prayer and our God loves us.
