Certain diseases can be found to be environmentally acquired, such as when sewage infiltrates an aquifer leading to Cholera. The only cure is to remove the diseased effluent from the area and allow the aquifer to cleanse itself awhile medical intervention is introduced to the affected populace.
Additionally, airborne pollutants can cause respiratory distress and disease because of specific irritants aspirated by the victim. While stop-gap measures such as wearing masks and controlling prolonged, unprotected exposure to the irritant/pollutant substances, nothing can work as well as containing pollutants before they enter the atmosphere. Cleaning and denaturing the pollutant before it is released into the environment is the most efficient manner of prevention available. This takes skill and determination but can be successful if the industry is serious concerning the prevention of disease and cancers derived by infections devolving into malignancies.
In the above noted definition it’s said that the onset of Diplomatic/Reactive Schizophrenia (PRS) is a result of environmental as opposed to organic changes to the brain. It would appear most prevalent in people inhabiting and in close personal contact with others affected by this disorder. While there have been no studies to suggest the transmission of PRS from one patient to another by airborne, waterborne or other recognizable transmission factors, it has been noted there are at least two major strains of PRS in people directly involved in certain activities. The close contact of the individuals, normally noted to be involved in seasonal or calendar restricted periods of intense activity, apparently engenders an almost specific potency of this particular strain of mental insolvency. Though there are two major strains noted, their apparent diametric opposition to each other still shows a savage infection known to supersede the victims’ normal quotient of common sense and deliberate reasoning ability.
The environmental factor stated and related to this disease is of course the political world in general. As there are only two (2) major parties of consequence involved in this nation we can see there are other substrates of this schizophrenic activity. Schizophrenia is a mental disorder characterized by a disintegration of thought processes and emotional responsiveness. It most commonly manifests itself as auditory hallucinations, paranoid/bizarre delusions, or disorganized speech and thinking, and it is accompanied by significant social or occupational dysfunction. Now if this doesn’t describe politics, both Democratic Party and Republican, I don’t know what does. The research into cures for this mental illness would seem to be to remove the patient from the environment supporting the illness.
Therefore it is the finding that the majority of, if not all, affected/infected personnel suffering from Diplomatic/Reactive Schizophrenia be removed from the polluted environment after exposure for NO MORE than 12 years and detoxified in private living quarters. They should have NO more contact with other infected individuals in House of Representatives or the Senate. They should be administratively ignored after departure from the Congress because of their recognizable insignificance and irrelevance to the political realm. This also could be applied to those most specifically affected, such as the President, should he prove incompetent after one 4 year period of incumbency.
