Obama: “a step in the right direction”

June Jobs Report: Another Sign of Obama Economic Failures

After spending literally trillions of our citizens’ tax dollars trying to undo the damages he has done to the American economy, Obama is still treading water and not the least repentant about it. In fact, he, in a brazen act of indifference after his horrendous record of damage to our nation’s economy over the past three plus years, had the audacity to state that the standstill, if not, slide-back numbers of new jobs in June were “a step in the right direction” while campaigning on a recent trip in Ohio. Unbelievable chutzpah.
If that had been said and followed with the caveat that at least it was not a negative number concerning jobs creation during that month, it would have been infinitely more credible and even redeemable. But no; that was not the case, and he even had the temerity to bring the “mouth-of-the-month” Florida Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Democratic National Committee chairman to repeat that the private sector has added jobs for 28 straight months, despite frequent discouraging federal unemployment reports. “Progress is making us go forward,” Schultz, D-Fla., said on FOX News Sunday. I find those statements very odd and very much out of balance with the overall picture of employment in the United States. I would question how they, as these liberals state, can keep adding jobs for over two years and still arrive at negative stats. Is that what they call “Obamanomics” or “Wasserman Schultz mind benders?”

Is this why fifty two percent of the country’s voters cast their votes for this charlatan in November 2008? There has to be some reason for insanity of that magnitude. Or are we really going to the proverbial dogs in our little corner of the world? On the online website, “The Street” an article was written by Elliott Morss nearly 2 years ago on September 13, 2010, almost two years into Obama’s term in office. It was titled “Obama’s Biggest Economic Mistakes” and showed that the jig-saw puzzle of Obamanomics was not being configured properly into a satisfactory picture or diagram. Morss cites, and I wholeheartedly concur, that Obama’s first mistake was the list topping appointment of Timothy Geithner as Treasury Secretary. Wow! What a way to start building a foundation for disaster. Morss pointed out that Geithner “cheated on his taxes, got caught, and paid fines.” And, “that in itself should have disqualified him for the Treasury position since the IRS (tax services) is a part of Treasury.” To which Morss asked, “What message does appointing him (Geithner) send to the American people? " Frankly, I see the message as being sent to the American people by Obama AFTER the illicit and illegal actions of the appointee had been made known publicly and there was no call for a withdrawal of his appointment or resignation by Geithner to be a massive act of arrogance on Obama’s part and a “thumb-your-nose” to the voters gesture on Geithner’s part. But it should have sent a signal to EVERYBODY, not only in America, but all over the world that this kind of government was going to be shoved down every citizen’s throat along with the message, “Get used to it; you ain’t seen nothin’ yet.” The jobs status may not be moving forward, but trust me, there will soon be a push of mighty proportions to “fix” the problem consisting of huge infusions of more tax dollars making past such wasteful endeavors look puny in comparison until the amounts will be monstrously record breaking – and to the tax payers, BACK-BREAKING. Haven’t we learned anything during his almost four years of sheer terror over the future of our country? From day ONE when he first appeared on our scene he has been steeped in mystery about WHO he is, WHERE he's from, WHAT are his credentials and WHY is he hiding all his background and personal information! HOW have we allowed this absolute STRANGER free to inflict such damage to this nation that for over 230 years had succeeded in rising to the very pinnacle of greatness in the world? Was it trepidation of it being called a racist action to impede or even question this anonymous, concealed alien in our midst rather than forcefully expose what may have been our greatest fears of manufactured and seemingly impenetrable and overbearing persona frighten us into submission in fear of unknown retribution? Or is it the deeper uncertainty of just who manipulates this intruder; the persons behind the façade of indifference and arrogance?
