JUST IN: Kimtran Rizzolo Ordered To Pay Kirk Henry $224,643.52



Racketeer Rick Rizzolo's late father Bart Rizzolo placed over a million dollars Rick secretly received from the sale of the Philadelphia Crazy Horse Too into annuities to try to keep beating victim Kirk Henry and the IRS from being paid.

Bart died in 2010 and willed the annuities to his widow Kimtran. After being court ordered to transfer the money from her annuities to Henry, Kimtran refused, and filed an Appeal with the Ninth Circuit Court (pending). Knowing of Kimtran's objections to transferring her funds, and fearing her lawsuits in the event they did release the money without her approval, several of the annuity holders sued Kimtran to prevent being forced to transfer until receiving an Order of the Court.
