The International Monetary Fund, the European Union and the United States plan to give the Ukraine 3 Billion dollars. Now, mind you, the United States is one of 188 countries represented but it pays 22% of the IMF budget.

The money given to the Ukraine will go straight into Putin's pocket. Why? Because The Ukraine borrowed 16 billion from Russia and has an agreement that spells out the terms. One being that any additional money they receive must be used to reduce its debt to Russia. So why are we giving them 3 billion dollars? That's a very good question. It won't help them one bit except to reduce their debt. Richard Doonan Rotonda West, FL
