Don't worry, Harry. Mitt paid his taxes!

Harry Reid can rest easy, thanks to Mitt Romney's son, Josh

When Mitt Romney's son, Josh Romney, isn't in South America doing charity work or pulling people out of car accidents, he turns his attention to the Democrat party's most prominent elected officials.

They're deeply concerned about his father's taxes, and Josh just can't stand to see them so overcome with worry. You will, of course, remember that - back in July of 2012 - Harry Reid announced that an anonymous "friend" had informed him that Mitt hadn't paid his taxes in over a decade. The mysterious, well-informed, compatriot never revealed himself, and Reid never bothered to offer any evidence. At the time, he was also refusing to release his own tax returns. Still, as a man of oh-so-obvious honor and integrity, you could tell that the situation weighed heavily upon the Nevada Democrat. He kept repeating the story until it became embarrassing for him, then he let it go. This year, out of the kindness of his heart, Josh Romney decided to quell Harry Reid's fears. Thank you, Josh Romney. You've done a public service. I think we'll all rest a lot easier knowing that Harry Reid isn't huddled in a corner somewhere, arms wrapped around his knees, rocking back and forth while muttering "Mitt's taxes... Mitt's taxes... Mitt's taxes..."
