But Republicans need to forget about crushing the Tea Party and take aim at the Dems.

Democrats' destruction: There's still time for us turn it around and do better

President Obama, his administration and the Democrats in Congress are destroying what's good about America. Namely, the federal government is getting bigger and more intrusive on our liberties. Taxes are rising. The economy is stuck on stalled. And more people are becoming hooked on federal assistance programs.
We can do better than that! And I do not believe it is too late to turn things around. It will not be easy after nearly six years of Obama's inept leadership, ineffective federal policy, and more and more revelations about scandals and corruption. Unfortunately, many people (especially Obama supporters) don't see a problem. I actually had a caller to my radio show ask on the air one day, "What do you mean turn things around? What needs to be turned around? I believe Obama is doing a good job." I was flabbergasted, but at least he asked, which is unlike most liberals because they are totally in denial about the state of the nation. I tried to give the caller a short list of what and how things could be better, because a complete list would not fit into a three-hour radio show. History teaches us that this economy could be growing at greater than 4 to 5, but the Democrats have raise taxes and increased regulations. These actions have caused many businesses to stop growing and stop hiring, because of uncertainty and a significant increase in the cost of doing business.

Democrats don't recognize history or the facts, because they know there are enough gullible and uninformed voters who either don't know the facts or are blind followers who have been brainwashed to hate Republicans and Republican ideas no matter what. History also teaches us that a strong military is the best way to protect ourselves and ensure peace in the world without necessarily going to war. Democrats believe that diplomacy even without a strong economy and a strong military will convince enemies to not do bad things, and win international friends. It will not! Our respect in the world has declined in the last six years, and countries like Russia, Iran, Syria and even Afghanistan have ignored the empty rhetoric of this administration that "there will be consequences," as well as their phony "red lines". Political correctness, the race card and class warfare rhetoric have been used selectively by Democrat voices to try to intimidate and silence criticism of failed liberal policies. Protesting the appearance of nationally known personalities invited to speak at graduation events, labeling someone a racist because they believe in the Tea Party principles of less government, lower taxes and more individual responsibility, and fanning the flames of envy by saying CEOs make too much money. Most people who fall for this crap don't even know what a CEO does, they have never been to a Tea Party event, and they have no idea when the PC police has done a head-fake on them again to take attention off the really important issues. Is the release of Hillary Clinton's new book really important stuff? How many people showed up for her first New York book signing? Really! Meanwhile, every time there's a new revelation showing that the many scandals of this administration are not phony, or when one of their carefully worded "talking points" memos backfires or gets busted, the administration, the Democrats and some of the more devoted liberals simply dig in their heels and deny, lie, and hope people will forget. Some of us will not forget, and we are going to remind as many people as we can! The only solution to this is to maintain Republican control of the House, and gain control of the Senate, because the Democrats have redefined compromise and working together as "it's our way or no way". And to make sure they keep the gullible in the dark, they manipulate the mainstream media to help them blame the Republicans or shift the attention to another topic. Climate change! Many conservative voices have been preaching for years that 2014 is a pivotal election year, and the Republicans can't afford to drop the ball again, as they did in 2012. So-called establishment Republicans are too focused on "crushing" so-called Tea Party backed candidates, instead of focusing on defeating Democrats. Establishment Republicans forget that it was the influence of the Tea Party movement that helped them to get control of the House in 2010. We can do better as a nation and it starts with believing we can, and doing all we can as believers in conservative government . . . together!
