Biden: I should have had one Republican kid so I could have some money

Are you sure you're all in for impeachment? This guy's a heartbeat away.

First of all, kudos to Biden's daughter for running an at-risk program for men getting out of prison. That is a good work. She is to be commended. Having said that: When you listen to crap like this from Biden and other Democrats, it's hard to decide sometimes whether to shake your head at how stupid they are or get mad at their self-righteousness. In the world-view of a simpleton poseur like Biden, the world is divided up into two kinds of people - virtuous citizens who give their lives to help people and self-centered greed-mongers who "go out and make money." I know it was supposed to be a joke, but come on. You've heard enough out of this guy's mouth over the course of his career to know that this is exactly what he thinks. My problem is not so much with a joke that isn't funny. My problem is with the fact that the actual public policies that he, Obama and the rest of the Democrats support reflect this exactly way of looking at people. Who does Biden think would fund these programs if not for those who "go out and make money"? And by the way, if he spent a little less time hanging out with political types (especially those in the Obama White House), he might be surprised to learn that a lot of people "go out and make the money" and then also go out in their spare time and volunteer for all types of worthy causes just like the one his daughter (who's married to a doctor, by the way) takes on as her full-time job. I understand Joe Biden is not a person whose utterings anyone should take seriously, let alone get worked up about. I just wish we would stop putting people like this in positions of leadership.
