One of the things that Hillary always worked on was advancing this concept - this idea - that healthcare should be a right and not a privilege in this country. And so, Hillary was not there when the Affordable Care Act was signed into law. She was, of course, Secretary of State. But I want you all to know that her fingerprints are all over that legislation. It would not have happened but for her strenuous advocacy in that committee all those years she was there to get a health care bill passed in Congress. This is truly great stuff. Not only has Harkin emphatically tied Hillary to a law that continues to grow more and more unpopular with every passing poll, but he's done so in a way that essentially creates a campaign ad for her eventual opponent. Bravo, Senator Harkin. Let's spread the word, far and wide, that - if it weren't for Hillary Clinton - there would be no Obamacare.
