IRS Documents Connecting White House to Scandal Denied

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) admits they "found" about 2,500 documents potentially showing that the IRS shared taxpayer returns with the White House, thus tying President Obama to the IRS scandal that targeted conservative groups, like Tea Party groups. As they did with Lois Lerner's emails, the Obama administration is denying the release (I am surprised they didn't claim another hard drive crashed) of the documents, claiming the documents are covered by privacy and disclosure laws and can’t be provided to Cause of Action, despite a promise last week to hand over some 2,500.

Privacy? What, so that they can cover up more wrong doing? How is it that the American Public does not see through the charade? While the media refuses to be a watchdog, and the people are kept in the dark, this administration does as it pleases, and if you have a complaint, you are told it is "none of your business." Don't worry, the ruling class has it all under control. A statement released said to us, “All of the 2,043 pages of documents we have determined to be responsive were collected by the Secretary of the Treasury with respect to the determination of possible liability under Title 26 of the United States Code. These pages consist of return information protected by 26 U.S.C. § 6103 and may not be disclosed absent an express statutory exception.” The Treasury, which oversees the IRS, tells us they will give us a side-bar decoy, by handing over 466 documents on December 15 that don't tell us jack, claiming they aren’t covered by privacy laws or being proved by the Treasury secretary, and figure that will shut up any opposition, or radical dissent. So, criminal activity by the Obama administration, and its agencies, that believe they are above the law, is none of our business because they tell us it's a secret, and don't worry, they will take care of it in-house. It is bad enough the IRS does not think it has to abide by the United States Constitution regarding due process, or the 4th Amendment's requirement against unreasonable search and seizure, but now when the federal government acts criminally, targeting certain groups, the evidence to the fact is "private" an protected by their laws. That is like asking the police to conduct an investigation into their own department. Oh, wait, that happens too. Political harassment? It's okay if the administration is run by a racist, leftist, anti-American President trying to "punish" his opposition. . . but if this had happened during, let's say, Bush's administration, it would have been considered an impeachable offense. The White House is hiding the documents that prove IRS harassment of Tea Party groups, and think nothing of it. Move along, nothing to see here, it's just the Democrat Party proving once again they believe they are above the law, above the United States Constitution, and could care less about the opinion of the American people.
