As long as they do nothing to strengthen their lax immigration laws that allow Islamic terrorists over their borders, the leaders of Western nations have no place in protests

Has today’s one million-plus national mass rally paying tribute to 17 victims of Islamist attacks, including four hostages killed at a Jewish supermarket in Paris been hijacked by publicity hound politicians of the day?
In a scene straight out of the movie The Godfather, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas will be joined by a long list of world leaders, including Britain’s Prime Minister David Cameron and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. How did French President François Hollande find time to meet with Abbas ahead of the rally when French authorities admitted last night they have not a single suspect from the horrific terrorist attacks in custody? Facts confirm that five people arrested in connection with the Paris terrorist attacks were released from custody, as confirmed this morning by Paris prosecutor spokesman Agnes Thibault-Lecuivre. (Daily Mail) The bikini-to-burka-wearing and crossbow-wielding Hayat Boumeddiene, ‘widow’ of Hyper Cacher terrorist, Amedy Coulibaly, has flown the proverbial coop and 18-year-old Mourad Hamyd, who became known as 'the third suspect’ even though he was in class at the time of the shooting, has been released.

Zero suspects are now in custody. How sincere were Abbas’ condolences when he phoned them in to Hollande on Saturday? “‘At this solemn moment of tragedy our hearts and minds are with you in the face of terrorism that has no religion,” Abbas said, according to the official Palestinian WAFA news agency “The entire Palestinian people are pained by what has taken place.” (Daily Mail, Jan. 10, 2015) “According to WAFA, Hollande told Abbas he appreciated the messages of support from Arab countries, “so that we can prevent the attempts to heighten emotions and link these criminal actions with Islam.” “Criminal actions with Islam”? How about linking terrorist actions with Islam? Hollande was in sync with Abbas before today’s condolences were offered. It was in late December when France voted in favor of a United Nations Security Council resolution calling for a Palestinian state and setting a timetable for Israeli withdrawal from the West Bank and East Jerusalem. Mercifully, the initiative ultimately failed but could boast owning 8 of 15 votes cast. Jordan’s King Abdullah, Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu, along with Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman and Economy Minister Naftali Bennett were expected to attend. Attorney General Eric Holder will represent the United States. Good to hear that only tepid applause greeted Western leaders who could clearly be seen in live feed video jostling each other for prominent placement in the rally’s front lines. We can only hope that Cameron and company have the decency to pass on ‘selfies’ out of respect for the loved ones of the 17 whose lives were claimed by Islamic terrorism. Meanwhile, as long as they do nothing to strengthen their lax immigration laws that allow Islamic terrorists over their borders, the leaders of Western nations have no place in protests like the one being held in Paris today.
