Ugly underbelly of the Democrat party.

Ted Cruz candidacy reveals Democrats' deep-seeded racism ...or, Alinsky Rules 4, 6, and 5

Clearly, not all Democrats are racists. Certainly there are those who disagree with Ted Cruz based on his policies. Some may even have come to the conclusion that the Dems' field of elderly white candidates are simply better suited to the job. However, since his midnight announcement on Twitter, the left-wing knives have been out for Ted Cruz. It's pretty clear that much of the modern progressive movement despises the notion of allowing America's first Hispanic President to enter the oval office.
Why, one could even say that the resentment Democrats have for Cruz "would not be the same" if he were "not of color." Obviously, Dems will try to disagree. They'll pretend that they love everyone regardless of their heritage. They'll even say they can prove it, because they've been at the forefront of the amnesty movement. They want more Latinos in the U.S. As the President lies to say, we need these dreamers because they're the people "who pick our fruit and make our beds." Democrats, and their open borders allies, love this low cost labor and want to import more people to "do the jobs Americans won't do." Please. How disgusting. Cleaning hotel rooms and collecting our apples is, apparently, just fine. ...But the minute one them starts to get "uppity" thoughts about living in the White House, the left freaks out and go on the warpath. Their small minded hatred is on full display. Over the next year and a half, Senator Ted Cruz - a man educated at both Harvard Law and Princeton - will have to suffer the slings and arrows of an entire movement which will portray him as an idiot, all because some lefties fear the inevitable change that would come with America's first Hispanic President.

It's as sad as it is disgusting, but it's the world we live in. It's also not really true. Sure there are probably a few racists in the Democrat Party, as there are in every walk of life, but the vast, overwhelming, majority simply disagree with Cruz's political opinions. Yes, they have a tendency to come completely unhinged, but it's usually not due to racism - unless it's of the unconscious variety. That's also true of Republicans. However, that didn't stop libs from screaming "racism" throughout the 2008 and 2012 elections. If you disagreed with Barack Obama, you were - and remain - a racist. If you were white, and dared to challenge "the one," you were clearly representative of some deep-south Klan spinoff. If you were black, you were a "house negro" who'd turned against his people. There was no way around it. Regardless of your background, if you didn't support Obama you were an irredeemable bigot. You had to be destroyed. Well, welcome to 2016, Democrats. Since you love Saul Alinsky so much, we're going to employ a few of his rules. First up, Rule #4:
RULE 4: "Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules." If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules.
You established the rule that any criticism of a minority candidate's position would be seen as nothing more than evidence of that critic's seething intolerance. Now, we're going to hold you to it. Why? Because:
RULE 6: "A good tactic is one your people enjoy." They'll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more. They're doing their thing, and will even suggest better ones.
We're going to do it because it's going to be fun. We love exposing you for what you really are. And we're eager to do it - over, and over again. Don't worry, though. We're sure you'll have a good defense.
RULE 5. "Ridicule is man's most potent weapon." There is no defense. It's irrational. It's infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.
Oh. Sorry. I guess you won't. If you want to fight back, Alinsky says that you always need to present a good alternative. Better go wake the ultra-diverse likes of Hillary, O'Malley, and the fake Indian. They have announcements to make!
