Hillary finally answers some questions - badly. CBS calls her out for dodgingIf you're the kind of person who thinks Hillary Clinton is trying desperately to avoid questions from the media, you owe her an apology. She's nothing if not completely forthcoming. Despite the fact that she went almost a month without answering a single media inquiry, Mrs. Clinton is an open book - and she's eager to show off her love of complete and utter transparency.
To that end, she decided she'd - sort of - take a staggering 5 questions from members of the press who had gathered at one of her campaign stops in Iowa. Given her extraordinary list of achievements, it's hard to imagine what she might have accomplished if she hadn't been forced to squander these precious seconds satisfying the curiosity of her inferiors. You may be aware that the pseudo Q&A began with this charming moment, in which Hillary's extreme arrogance playful sense of humor was on full display:(Video below) Eventually, after much "pondering," Hillary decided that she would placate the common folk by sacrificing just under five minutes of her undeniably precious time. During this period, questions from the press were tolerated. Sadly, as CBS points out, it's hard to call her replies "answers." They're more like carefully worded dodges. Dare we say it's "Clintonesque?"

Isn't she a delight! Such sparkling wit. Finally, when the "inevitable President" could tolerate no further insolence, she decided the best plan was to run away. After all, questions like "why did you wipe your secret email server" are sooooo tiresome. Who do these reporters think they are? After this open and honest "no holds barred" exchange, Hillary retired to her media-free world of vans, Chipotle, and scripted, closed-door, sessions with her most loyal supporters. The Washington Post reset their "Minutes Since Hillary Took a Question" timer, and all was right with the world. We'd like to thank Mrs. Clinton for pretending - if only for a moment - that she cared about the American people enough to endure such extreme scrutiny.
