It will take more than Louis Farrakhan to ‘put the American flag down’

The 50 percent of the U.S. population left totally disenfranchised when America’s worst anti-American enemy took over the White House always knew at heart that President Barack Obama would some day come after Old Glory. With the Confederate flag under attack as the unjustly fingered scapegoat for the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church slaughter, it was only a matter of time before the Stars and Stripes would come under assault.

That astute ‘Wizard of Obama Land’ Rush Limbaugh lived up to his role of Rush Revere by being the first to predict that next they’d be coming for the American flag. “The debate over the Confederate battle flag in South Carolina and elsewhere is not really about the banner itself, Rush Limbaugh says. And it won’t stop there, the radio host said during his show on Tuesday. One day, he said, what is happening to the rebel flag will come to pass for the American flag too.” (Politico, June 24, 2015)

“I have a prediction,” Limbaugh began, later adding, “Do not doubt me.”

It was on Tuesday when radio host Rush Limbaugh claimed on air that the American flag would “come under assault” after the Confederate flag because the left believes it stands for “everything that’s wrong” with the country. (The Blaze, June 23, 2015) It is on Thursday that Louis Farrakhan rides Drudge Report headlines having stated: “We need to put the American flag down. Because we’ve caught as much hell under that as the Confederate flag” in remarks before the Metropolitan AME Church in Washington, DC on Wednesday first reported by DC’s WMAL.”

Letting the deluded Nation of Islam Minister drop the flag bombshell rather than doing it himself is typical of Marxist Obama, whose avoid-all-frontline-flak-when-you-can-get-the-job-done-from-the-safety-of-sidelines has been his stealth style for almost seven years. Even though Obama makes a big play of not having any association with Farrakhan, he was a loyal member of Farrakhan friend Jeremiah A. Wright’s Chicago Trinity United Church of Christ for 20 years. That Farrakhan and Obama have no association is a carefully orchestrated fiction. In an address to an estimated crowd of 20,000 at the annual Saviours’ Day celebration, Farrakhan loudly lauded Senator Obama in most of a nearly two-hour speech. "This young man is the hope of the entire world that America will change and be made better," he said. "This young man is capturing audiences of black and brown and red and yellow. If you look at Barack Obama's audiences and look at the effect of his words, those people are being transformed. (Sun Sentinel)

"A black man with a white mother became a savior to us," he told the crowd of mostly followers. "A black man with a white mother could turn out to be one who can lift America from her fall.”

“In 1984, Wright personally accompanied Farrakhan to Libya to meet with Muammar Gaddafi in Tripoli. In 2008, Wright even predicted his association with Farrakhan and Gaddafi may cause political headaches for Obama’s presidential aspirations: “When [Obama's] enemies find out that in 1984 I went to Tripoli to visit [Gadhafi] with Farrakhan, a lot of his Jewish support will dry up quicker than a snowball in hell,” he said. (NY Times, March 6, 2007) Even though Farrakhan goes into Barack balderdash bark every so often to make it look like they’re sworn enemies, both sing from the same choir book when it comes to visceral hatred of all things America. Thomas Lifson of American Thinker nailed down the Obama-Farrakhan relationship best in April of 2013 when he wrote:I am told that in Chicago, police are very reluctant to look deeply into Louis Farrakhan, a man whom President Obama always carefully refers to with the honorific "Minister Farrakhan," despite his harsh anti-Semitic rhetoric ('gutter religion"). “ Meanwhile, in the now fever-pitch race war being played on America, the Stars & Stripes has ironically become the ‘rebel’ flag. Patriots will fight tooth and nail to keep Obama from dragging down the beloved symbol so many gave their lives to protect.
