Consider this, changing policy hasn't worked, not now, not ever. All the policy in the world won't work unless hearts are changed. You cannot legislate away distrust. The most effective change is human interaction. Just ask the American soldiers and the local people they meet anywhere. Just ask a police officer walking a beat. Just ask a church running a soup kitchen. It should concern all Americans that someone seeking the top job in our country doesn't understand what is required to cause real change. Hillary Clinton believes that government and laws and rules can fix anything. She is dead wrong. Andy Bishop
