Levin calls Bush & O’Reilly out on Birthright Citizenship

Taking his signature surefire aim, talk show radio host Mark Levin zapped the man he so colorfully nicknames “the 8 PMer” with a slingshot Monday night. In fact, Levin took out the proverbial two birds with one stone by zapping both ‘8 PMer’ Bill O’Reilly and presidential hopeful Jeb Bush on their carefully crafted lies on “birthright citizenship” under the 14th amendment.
Most folk have come to expect anything from the lips of desperado presidential contenders, especially when they are 1 among 17 stampeding toward the finish line. With illegals swelling voting ranks, pandering seems to have become a natural necessity for some of those contenders. But folk don’t expect the same kind of propaganda the Dems are out there spinning from the top talking head over at the only supposedly conservative cable network called Fox News. Propaganda from Fox News at a time when Big Government and its agencies are spewing it out by day is hard to take, especially given the the fact that so many have bought into its fast fading ‘Fair and Balanced’ motto. Why is Fox News so blatantly gung ho to block Donald Trump from the presidency? Isn’t that the same as what Obama and the Democrats are doing? Why is Fox’s top talking head spouting the same propaganda as Jeb Bush?

In the end with Donald Trump, Ted Cruz and Jeff Sessions (and more to come) stating otherwise, Bush’s blather gives no credence to conferring automatic citizenship on so-called ‘anchor babies’. It is having to hear it from cable television’s purported “only conservative” network that is so frustrating. That’s why Levin’s swatting that bloviating bumblebee buzzing over the heads of We the People came with loud and sustained applause from the often overlooked patriots’ peanut gallery. Levin threw out a public challenge to both Bush and O’Reilly to come and debate the automatic birthright citizenship under the 14th amendment argument on his radio show. Passionate, forthright and determined, Levin wanted to clear the air on what the Constitution really says about American citizenship. While loquacious on most other topics, there’s only the sound of crickets from the Bush and O’Reilly camps. They don’t want a clearing of the air when pandering and bloviating will do. Neither one of them would stand a chance on advancing the cause of birthright citizenship under the 14th amendment with the constitution savvy Mark Levin and both know it. ...”The GOP Establishment favorite in the presidential race — is silent as a church mouse in response to an on-air challenge from Mark Levin to appear on Mark’s radio show for a discussion of birthright citizenship.  (Spectator, Aug. 25, 2015)
“Bush has been out there defending “birthright citizenship.” As reported in Politico:  “Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush split from many of his fellow GOP presidential contenders on Tuesday and staunchly defended birthright citizenship for children born in the U.S. to undocumented immigrants — saying it is a constitutional right that should be protected.” “During an interview with CBS’s Major Garrett, Bush waved off Donald Trump’s immigration plan — which includes repealing the 14th Amendment that provides birthright citizenship — as unrealistic. “Mr. Trump can say that he’s for this because people are frustrated that it’s abused. But we ought to fix the problem rather than take away rights that are constitutionally in doubt,” Bush said.
Last night Levin said O’Reilly’s “digging in on a position that is insupportable”, adding “stop stretching, stop deceiving”. He told his audience, “you must know with absolute confidence your Constitution in no way grants automatic citizenship to illegal alien children.” Bush will continue to pander to illegal alien voting blocs with his blarney on birthright citizenship under the 14th amendment, and O’Reilly will continue to hide propaganda in his nightly 8 p.m. bloviating. Meanwhile, by dodging his challenge for debate, Jeb Bush and Bill O’Reilly prove Levin’s point.
