Americans fed up with the unbridled endless federal assault on private earnings, assets and rights, and looking for what they can do to put a stop to the rush of socialist tyranny being fast-tracked through the leftist congress, or signed into law by Obamessiah executive order, should take a close look at what the New Hampshire legislature has already done!
Four New Hampshire legislators introduced
HCR-6 to re-invoke states rights enumerated in Jefferson’s and Madison’s
Kentucky Resolutions of 1798. [2] The resolution is a clear shot across the bow of the New Leftist Administration in Washington DC, which is rushing to expand federal control over every aspect of American life, industry and enterprise.
HCR-6 borrows much of its text from Jefferson’s Kentucky Resolutions, but adds more specific warnings concerning several real affronts to state and individual rights currently under attack by the new Washington elite.
The New Hampshire document resolves...
“That the said committee be authorized to communicate by writing or personal conferences, at any times or places whatever, with any person or person who may be appointed by any one or more co-States to correspond or confer with them; and that they lay their proceedings before the next session of the General Court; and
That any Act by the Congress of the United States, Executive Order of the President of the United States of America or Judicial Order by the Judicatories of the United States of America which assumes a power not delegated to the government of United States of America by the Constitution for the United States of America and which serves to diminish the liberty of the any of the several States or their citizens shall constitute a nullification of the Constitution for the United States of America by the government of the United States of America. Acts which would cause such a nullification include, but are not limited to:
I. Establishing martial law or a state of emergency within one of the States comprising the United States of America without the consent of the legislature of that State.
II. Requiring involuntary servitude, or governmental service other than a draft during a declared war, or pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law.
III. Requiring involuntary servitude or governmental service of persons under the age of 18 other than pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law.
IV. Surrendering any power delegated or not delegated to any corporation or foreign government.
V. Any act regarding religion; further limitations on freedom of political speech; or further limitations on freedom of the press.
VI. Further infringements on the right to keep and bear arms including prohibitions of type or quantity of arms or ammunition; and
That should any such act of Congress become law or Executive Order or Judicial Order be put into force, all powers previously delegated to the United States of America by the Constitution for the United States shall revert to the several States individually. Any future government of the United States of America shall require ratification of three quarters of the States seeking to form a government of the United States of America and shall not be binding upon any State not seeking to form such a government; and
That copies of this resolution be transmitted by the house clerk to the President of the United States, each member of the United States Congress, and the presiding officers of each State’s legislature.”
Clearly, the resolution is directed at much of the leftwing agenda currently being ramroded through congress. In fact, some of what the resolution openly rejects as unconstitutional, has already been put in place by executive order, placing the new federal administration already in violation of this state resolution.
With Democratic Socialists in full control of all branches of the federal government today, Americans have no power at the federal level to stop the onslaught of Marxist policies being shoved down their throats...
However, as New Hampshire demonstrates by way of HCR-6, the power of the people remains in full force and effect at the state level.
The first ten amendments of our constitution, our Bill or Rights, establish very limited powers for the federal government. Amendment IX states that
“The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”
Amendment X says it all – “
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”
America is NOT a top-down dictatorship, even with the support of democratic mob rule. Our Representative Republic is a bottom-up form of self-governance, and
“when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.” (Declaration of Independence)
That is exactly what the New Hampshire resolution is threatening to do, in the event that the New Leftist regime in Washington DC fails to reign in and control its lust for unbridled power.
The fed has only the power the people allow it to have. The fed has NO power over the states, so long as the people afford it no such power. New Hampshire is right!
Reversing Course Immediately
Obama is not uniting the nation. He is igniting a second civil war...
American Marxists are trying to capitalize on the financial chaos they have created by their Marxist fiscal policies of the past. They have spent the nation and its people into bankruptcy. To give them more money, more power, would be to commit certain financial suicide.
Instead of allowing Washington DC elitists to squander one more taxpayer penny in the name of some false greater communal good, like Obama’s ACORN, the people should use the power of their state legislatures to demand a return of money and power to the people and their state governments.
Local problems need local solutions. No entity on earth is better a wasting the labors of the people than the US federal government is today.
New Hampshire is right and every state legislature should immediately adopt a similar resolution, before Obama’s fed power nationalizes private industry after private industry and consumes the power of the states under the heading of “bailing out” the states.
The states would not be in trouble if not for a federal wasteland run wild. Obama threatens to throw the nation out of the frying pan into the fire and only the states have the power to put a stop to it all.
It is as simple as New Hampshire made it. HCR-6 puts Obama and Co. on notice, that should they proceed with their vigorous power-grab as they have so carefully designed, the states will revolt on behalf of the people, individual and states rights.
If every state legislature takes similar affirmative action to put the fed on certain notice, the US Congress will have no choice but to step back and take a second look at the civil war it is about to ignite across the land.
Further, the state militias are also put on alert, to defend the people and the states against a growing enemy within the halls of the federal government. The state militia exists for just such a purpose, to defend freedom, when under attack from the all-powerful federal government.
Push has come to shove and New Hampshire is the first to take corrective action at the state level. Advise your local state legislatures to follow their lead and stop the massive power-grab underway in Washington DC...

Democrats intend to nationalize energy...
The fed must be reigned in immediately, stopped from wasting another taxpayer penny in pursuit of more federal powers already strangling the life out of the freest people on earth.
Take time to read the New Hampshire resolution and send a copy to your local state legislators, asking them to adopt a similar resolution right away, while they still have the power to do so.
The clock is ticking... The left has every American right where they want them, frustrated, confused and frightened. Socialism looks good only to those too ill-informed to know better, or too scared to care.
The states have the power to stop it. They must use it or lose it!
