In violation of Article 1, Section 2, of the U.S. Constitution, President Barack Obama has assumed complete control of the 2010 Census.
This Article, which concerns the legislative rather than executive branch of government, stipulates that the “enumeration” be conducted by a commerce official under the supervision of the Senate and the House of Representations. It reads:

There comes a time in everyone’s life when tough decisions have to be made. It could pertain to which school to attend, what job to take, how to discipline your child or what to do with an aging parent. We all face these issues on a daily basis. Only the names change, as these are universal issues that are a part of life no matter where you live in the world. Although universal, these decisions are very personal and each person reaches their own solutions and must live with the consequences. But what do you do when the problems are not truly personal but you are affected by the decisions of others.
