Washington, DC – Senator James Inhofe (R-Okla.), Ranking Member of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW), today announced his intention to file a joint resolution of disapproval under the Congressional Review Act (CRA) of the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Utility MACT rule. If adopted by both chambers and signed by the President, the joint resolution would effectively overturn the Utility MACT.
